I have trouble sleeping a bit, I do find myself awake thinking about things until very late most nights, I'm not depressed or anything I just find it hard to get to sleep cos my brain is still working overtime, anyone else get this??
Yeah I used to drink or smoke most night during the week up until a few months ago but I stopped, don't really want to go back to that, to much of a pain in the arse getting up in bits every morning.
I've been pretty restless lately myself, I don't seem to fall asleep until maybe 3 each moring, even when getting up early. I think I am entering a manic phase of depression
Yeah I dunno I'm not depressed, I'm actually in good spirits all the time lately just awake real late with my brain running full speed thinking. Reading doesn't help cos then I'll be awake longer processing all the stuff I read, tis wierd, dunno.
Yeah I've had 4 hours of sleep over the last 36 hours... My roommate is sick and she's snoring like a little bitch and kept me awake all last night and this afternoon when I tried to have a nap.... *sigh*
My mind is working overtime lately due to current events and my plans for the future as well....i know what you mean about the racing brain....plus I like late night tv.
Same thing happens to me. I try to quiet my mind down, but sometimes it's really hard. Sometimes I meditate before sleep, and that helps a lot. Though, I think mystical shroom is onto something. Beer and masturbation put me out pretty fast.
.....kayla makes a good point drinking, masturbating and reading...combine those somehow and that should help.

i am an insomniac, though i have been sleeping better for hte past few weeks. when i cant sleep i get up. lying in bed is going to make you feel worse and you will get itchy and see flies.... so get up watch a movie, go for a drive, or do some work. thats how i have got by...but beware!!! the more i can't sleep, the madder my hair gets...use this information wisely. Lol!!!
