just out of curiosity i was wondering what kind of toys u guys like to bring along with u for a trip? every time i trip i gotta have glowsticks,finger light,and my personal favorite......a glow in the dark slinky. anyone ever play with a slinky while tripping on acid? or even shrooms for that matter? they are great
I like Silly Putty alot. Since I can't cook up acid I cook up large batches of Silly Putty and trip people the fuck out. I'm walking around 30,000 other tents and 30,000 other people trippin their faces off with a hugeass glob of yellow silly putty melting over half of my arm. People are like, "Whooooooaaaaaa what is that on your arm!?" So I'm like, "YOU CAN SEE IT TOO!?!?" Hehe its fun. On one of our great trips we had a box of toys from Toys 'R Us. Nerf guns, light sabers, legos. Squishy things are just the shit in general.
hahahaha that silly putty prank is pretty funny. As for trip toys, I usually just make sure I've got some of my favorite music (ie, The Beatles) and perhaps some inspirational reading material such as Be Here Now. A good friend never hurts, and neither does mother nature. I dig playing with the toys you mentioned as well as more complex ones like musical instruments and video games, but I wouldn't say I go out of my way to secure glow sticks or anything like that before a trip.
Had a grand time with a big box of crayons last time I tripped. Not just drawing but creating an "equalizer" looking design on the ground with them. I also took a ton of change I had kept away in bottles and created a massive design on the floor. Fun stuff, let your mind go crazy! Anything can be a toy on acid.
be here now is an amazing book, but on acid + shrooms.... aaaaahhhhggg !!! fractals melted like deep dents into every page. it's just so the perfect perfect perfect acid book. ESP_Shredder - i totally agree, everything is a toy on acid, that's one of the incredible things about it... everything is an art project, everything is fun...
get a whole bunch of glow sticks and sticky tape them to a football or soccer ball, and wen you kick them around the tracers will follow the bouncing off the balls. a piece of graph paper or anything patterned like that can be fun. on some strong acid ive closed the door and turned the shower on just hot and let the room fill up for a while, when you walk in the clouds of steam can seem pink and blue sometimes i feel like im in the clouds on it if i lose my train of thought. really anything that glows, has abstract patterns or that you can be creative with, a keyboard or guitar can provide some crazy auditory hallucinations.
You are right that anything is a toy on acid, but.... I like to connect projector to my comp and play music (Psytrance) from media player(with full screen of Alchemy visualization), off course it is all connected to powerfull sound system and discko ball with tiny mirrors and few strobes and colorfull lights all over the room with main light off. So the whole room is so colorfull even when you are sober, but with good dose of LSD you become one (at the time) of those colors hahaha The smoke from cigarets and ganja makes those special clouds.... Ihaaaa I can't wait for the weekend to begin!!!
