Tripping While Watching TV

The other day me and my buddy took 4 hits each and sat down to watch this weird movie dead man's shoes. It just came out on dvd and is a pretty gory revenge movie, ironically in which some dudes force a retarded kid to take acid.

anyway i'd never even watched tv while tripping but this was a serious bug out. the visuals are insane. anyone have any recommendations for movies to watch for next time? i'd say dead man's shoes is a good one but then again i have nothing to base this on.

Watching T.V. tripping dosent even compare to not watching T.V while tripping, some cartoons are funny as shit but i would still rather be doing somthing else

 

Same, a movie is good every once in awhile, but I'd rather be outside in Nature with my friends.

 

King of the Hill is amazing on shrooms/acid

 

Watch Wonder Showzen on acid, it will melt your brain.

 

omg .. guys ahve nothing to do... but wathcing while on acid or shrooms is a MUST at least once to know how its like... better way to be in different surroundings everytime.... today nature with lake... tomorow soem flower field... next day river with rocks... etc.

 

Not really my favorite thing to do on 'cid or shrooms or other psychedelic, but with the proper movie, it's quite an expierience

lol, it's just another visual stimuli to trip out to, tv is fun to trip on. Seriously watch an infomercial on LSD, shit is so fucked it will seem fake like a joke, but the trip is, it's not.

One time I was tripping watching SNL, and they did one of their spoof commercials. It was so fucked up, it was a real generic commercial showing a bunch of generic scenes of nature and beauty etc.. They kept talking in generalities the whole time, I was in tears laughing at how stupid this commercial was (i didn't realize it was a parody until the end). Then the end comes and it goes "MegaCorp ...... Even we don't know what we do."

Also, black samurai, the shittiest movie ever made, is intense when tripping. There is midget kung fu and all sorts of craziness.

Yea I think it's cliche to be like "dude fuck tv when you're tripping go out into nature" trip out on whatever man i've tripped hundreds of times in almost any setting you can imagine, and yea 90+% of television is garbage but you can find stuff that is good for tripping out.

 

i watched the entire first season of mtv's "YO MAMA" once while tripping....
it was the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen but it was freakin hilarious at the time.

 

I watched the New Jersey Network once at like 4AM on acid, it was showing poor people who live in trailers. Now that was one of the longest laughing sessions of my life.

 

we watched ATHF and beavis and butthead while tripping out (on shrooms)

I don't get why people say this, yes, nature is cool, but TV can be too, watching TV while tripping is not your normal television viewing experience.

 

dude every time i try to watch tv while tripping, i find that it is just as interesting to watch the ceiling, or a wall, or a poster.

 

The Grateful Dead Movie and Yellow Submarine were fun as hell, Yellow Submarine has some intense visuals haha fun shit!
