triple dipped?

i just talked to this kid who told me he could get me some LSD. Ive known him for a while and i know he is an acid fiend and does it like twice a week. Anyway he told me that its going to b 15$ a hit because its "tripple dipped" he told me that ment it was 3 doses in 1. Has anyone ever heard of this tripple dipped shit in CT or is this dude just trying to rip me off by selling me a tab for 15?

 

it is SHIT. the maximum you can put on a standard 1/4 inch square blotter is 500 micrograms of a liquid substance. You dip the blotter and then let it dry. You can only fit a maximum amount on a blotter. the only way to increase dosage would be to make a solution to dip that is more LSD and less alcohol.

 

You can't really "triple dip" something...dipping it once covers the entire surface area of the medium, so dipping it a second or third time wouldn't make it anymore potent.

However, $15 isn't a bad price...I'd still go for it.

Is it on a blotter, you sure he doesnt mean tripple droped? cause I have had sugar cube acid that was double droped.

 

once you 'dip' the sheet once.. which would be in more then enough liquid to soak it all, its completely saturated, hence its holding the max that it can..

but someone could also not really know and it could be really good acid and ppl are just saying its triple dipped since its good...

and idk bout the rest of you.. i'd never pay $15 a hit I dont think.. i'm not desperate to trip.. i can go without it at that price..

ive probably purchased around 75ish hits in the past year...

and the prices ive paid per hit were:

$5 - liquid (1st time i did it, like 2years ago.. dont really remember it.. except it was nothing special.. nothing like what tripping is for me now.. but then again I didnt really know anything about tripping then...)

$6 - dragons (was by far the best shit ive ever had.. 1st got a 10, then got like 25 or 30 after that.. that shit was incredible.. i never went over 3hits, which i only did a few times.. was insane.. but 1-1.5 hits was about equal to 2-3 hits of the 2nd shit ive had, and this 3rd amount.. ive only done once and cant really make any judgement about strength too much lol, but it seems better then the 2nd amount, but not at good as the 1st)

$7.50 - egyptians (had like 20 or 25.. was pretty damn weak.. and had that impure electricity to it)

and the most recent 10strip i got last week was:

$6.50 - blank white (10strip, well 8strip now lol)

 

double or triple dosing is just a marketing scheme like double and triple stacked rolls. It all comes down to how many micrograms are on a hit. how pointless it would be to do the process a few times instead of just making higher power acid.

$15 bucks a hit is rediculous, but the price of a LOT of LSD has skyrocketed.
I'd go for it, but tell the dude that's bull.

 

In CT (im in CT) 15 a hit is way rediculous.... I know people here that can get it for 5-7 bucks a hit... Your getting ripped...

Think of it this way...you could spend, say, $30 on two or three rolls that are going to make you "feel good" for about 4-5 hours (if you're lucky)...or you could spend $30 on two hits of acid that will produce an 8-12 hour-long religious experience.

 

that is the way i have always looked at it, even when buying in bulk (somewhat) for 5 a hit

This seems to imply that washing it multiple times increases the dosage.

Also from a chemistry point of view it would make sense that each time you dip it more lsd would adhere to the paper:

There is only a certain amount of lsd you can dissolve in a given amount of water, if the chemist dips paper in the water then lets it dry a certain amount of lsd will be stuck to the paper. If the chemist dips the paper in saturated water again the paper will absorb more water but not all of the lsd already on the paper will go to the water water as it is already saturated and is relucatant to accept more lsd.

 

When they say "wash", they mean reacting the LSD with solution multiple times to gain better purity (which ends up reducing the amount of final product); they don't mean de-dipping the paper.

 

those dragons blotters were a disappointment if you ask me. i paid 10-fucking-dollars for a hit and it made me more annoyed than it made me trip. the visuals were weak as hell. the only fun i got out of it was after i blazed an enormous joint and then i started getting ridiculousness.

i've never paid more than 10 dollars for a hit. also, the best acid i've ever had was 4 years ago and it cost $5 a hit for purple gels. two of those sent you into outspace with visuals that i have NEVER again seen.... even with taking 4-5 of today's hits....

 

I just had to disagree with someone who said rolls don't last that long. I rolled sat. night and it lasted 10-12 hours. unusual, but possible.

 

Any roll that lasts "10-12 hours" is going to have to be a 2-C chem. Even an EXTREMELY potent roll pill only lasts at 6 hours at most; believe me, I know my rolls.

 

The problem is that 'rolling' to one person may not be the same as 'rolling' to another. It's all subjective; when I think about fully tripping, or fully rolling, it's a lot different experience than taking one roll or one tab of acid. For some people who might not trip a lot, or wish not to take it to levels that may be too intense for their liking (doing what you like to do is what matters) rolling really may be just having a rush for half an hour from half a pill. Or maybe the accenting of colors from one tab might be enough to be considered tripping to you. When I think about rolling, I think about feeling superb, with rushes of energy in your plexis, the accentuated intensity of emotions for your lover, and best of all, your eyes shaking like a mo fugga. For some people, this is too much. For me, it is rolling, except I really really hate the jaw clenching bullshit; it kind of turns me away from e and towards l.
