    Hello All

This my trip report of my first experience of Lsd or any psychedelic.

I took one blotter at 10am. Leaving it under my tongue for about five minuets and then swallowing the blotter. While waiting for the acid to kick in I watched a bit of TV and read a few chapters from Golas`s Lazy man path to Enlightenment.

After about 30 minutes I got bit of tingling in my hands, nausea, flush face and weird feeling so went out in the garden for a walk and decided to sit down facing the sun and felt big smile come on and unbelievable good feeling.

About one hour after taking the blotter I still had no visuals or hallucinations so decided to go indoors and do a little meditation while sitting I felt a distinct pressure a the base of the spine, tingling all over the body and bursts of laughter with a massive grin but still no visuals of walls or trees breathing and was in to two 2.5 hours of taking dose so wander about taking a second dose bout decided against it.

I decided to go to my bedroom to lie down and listen to some music so decided to turn the radio on to classic fm. The music felt very vibrant and colourful.

Whilst listening to the music I saw the colours in a dancing melody and I was a part of it felt a total disillusion of the body and just an observer at which point felt a bit scared or outside my comfort zone and felt spiraling downwards at which point I just said no resistance and right a way the lights or mist turned bright red and so Ganesha the Hindu god and no loner afraid.

The mistake I made was to listen to music via radio rather then recorded music as there was News and there was stories of murders and plotting of murders which sent me downwards and so demonic sights and people turning metallic and thought if my cause and effects were the same as the people in the news would I be any different or as Golas said ignore the sin and love the sinner. Right away I saw the white light and went for it could not get it so I sopped chasing a cravening for it was wrong and the white light was there again with me in it WOW what a moment.

I don’t know if the above was a trip or I feel a sleep and dreamt it but there about three hours I cannot account for and woke up drool drenched pillow and dying for a pee. Whilst going for a pee I looked at my face in the mirror and could not associate it being me.

I done my blood sugars and went down to have some food so the wife made me a cheese and pickle sandwich which I had with a glass of diet lemonade. After having the meal I felt the nausea kicking in a gain so went for a walk in the garden and sat on the swing for some time.

I came back in doors and decided to listen to music again so put on some chanting a sat down to some meditation and the no body feeling kicked in followed by giggles and that stupid smile that would not come of.

The scariest part was coming down and a sense of paranoia but over all a valuable experience.

When I do it again I will do my music selection in advance and go with PB Smith idea of Gusto talking of which bro your stupid comment of coming in colours got me out of some sad thoughts thanks.

Thanks to all who helped and advised me on how to take the first step.

I hope the report is informative and useful.

Sounds as if you had a rather nice introduction to LSD. What I find good about your report is it would appear you gat a sampling of all that a psychedelic experience can offer, both positive and uncomfortable.
So no issues with existing health concerns?
You see now how it doesn't completely take over, well except at higher doses ;):, and enhances experience and provides a new, unique perspective.

Yes, you may want to increase dose next time and definitly control the music. Music is an awesome catalyst for the psychedelic experience, as you discovered.

Glad you had a good journey.
    Welcome to the club :cheers2:

p.s. I really said that cumming in colors remark to the girl I was with, and still laugh about it whenever it comes too mind.:p Glad it helped smooth a rough spot.

Sounds like a great introduction to psychedelics :) Those hours that you can't account for, I highly doubt you were actually asleep, on the peak of LSD lol. Most likely you had a little taste of ego loss :) there was no "you" to be awake, or a very diminished "you". There was mostly just the process, you were downsized :D

isn't lucy a thing of beauty?

PB I did read you were with a girl when made that comment but its just that it stuck in my head.

The music certainly a catalyst for the experience and I think L is a catalyst for meditating to higher levels without too much effort.

mr writer yes L is certainly that

I look forward to higher doses in the nearer future
