This past weekend, i got 8 tabs from a friend. i've tripped about 20 times now, my friend D has done it 2wice, and J had never done it before. the three of us went to sleepover at D's house and take the tabs. Here is my timeline. 820: We cut up the tabs. J takes 1, because its his first time, D and me each take 2. 845: i already start to feel some of the effects. maybe it was the melatonin i took the night before, maybe it was because i know what to look for. D and J notice nothing yet. 9: We're all sitting around watching TV, i'm starting to trip but the others seem so normal. i slide onto the floor and roll over to J's chair and ask him if he's feeling anything. midway through his "not yet" explanation, i notice his pupils are HUGE. mine are too. My trip really starts to take off. I'm giggling and i'm starting to bitch about not wanting to watch TV (as i usually do on acid). 915: The acid hits D with hysterical laughter. We go over to play pingpong, and D CRUSHES J. We put on some music and i'm doing my trip dance to the tunes, moving loosely. i'm also pretty energetic and i'm jumping up and down and running around the basement. J feels nothing. 930: D and me are frying now, we're talking pretty loud about random stuff (we were plaing with plastic cowboy toys for a few minutes). I get a little bout of tremors and my gastrointestinals start to act up (recurring line of the night: "it's not me it's my gastrointestinals!"). 945: D wants to take another tab. i kind of have my doubts about it, but decide what the hell. So me and D take our 3rd tabs and J takes a 2nd. 10: The three of us are sitting on D's couches, laughing our asses off and talking about the most random things. We're being really loud. D goes to check if his parents are in bed (so we can go smoke), they aren't yet. We forget to try to be quiet within a minute...also J says that he started to feel the trip like a minute after eating the 2nd tab. 11: This kid F calls asking for some tree, and i totally botch the conversation. I mean honestly i went on for like 6 or 7 minutes, confused as hell about what he was asking. at one point, i said "dude check out his floor!" i was too fried to talk to him! Anyway, more laughing, D's ceiling (which is always a delight while tripping) is doing its thing. J says he hasn't gotten a single visual yet. 1110-1230: D's rents are in bed, so we go to his garage for some cigs. I'm actualy allowed to smoke at his house, as long as his rents don't actually see it, so we're totally chill about sitting in his garage. For the next 75 minutes, we chill in the garage. good times. We sat on a cooler, and D tells us "it has a name!" so we look at it, and it says Murphy on it! I did a bowl of mids and that gave me a good boost in visuals. we were laughing our asses off at everything anybody did. Our jaws and abs were starting to hurt from laughing. i was going on rants about a new world order, and i reaaaaaaaaly wanted to sprint (because another time on acid i ran EXTREMELY fast). our conversations were so "short-term." basically, somebody would say a thought "thumbs are the tools that execute our brain's intelligence' and then anyone who has something to say says a very distracted response "yeah, thumbs are useful...so are fingers!" or a joke "Your thumbs are so round!" and then the topic shifts again. 1230: we go back in D's house and get some food. I wish we had gotten some fruits, but muffins, candy, and poptarts were awesome. J heated up a poptart and gave me a piece of it that we ate together..it was an experience! I closed my eyes, and it burned my mouth at first but then it was a blast of flavor! 1: we're sitting around, listening to music. D and me are enjoying some ceiling visuals. I was trying to convince D to checck out other parts of his basement for different visuals, but he was so goddamn content with just the ceiling! I liked his bathroom though. J still didn't get any visuals, but he was tripping hard too. 2: Another smoke break. This time, it's raining a little, and J LOVES to stand out in the rain! i didn't think he would really appreciate cid on a higher level, at least not hte 1st time, but while standing there he was saying some stuff about how enlightening and refreshing it is. he got a little spooked by a spider hanging from a thread that he thought was floating, but if that's the worst of his tripping, then he made out pretty well! i held a worm, which was a slimy awesome experience. 230: We go back in the basement and listen to some music for a while. D gets some nice CEVs. J STILL hasnt gotten visuals! I stare into D's yellow wall and see red grains that turn into deep 3d-geometric patterns and reptiles. J and me analyze a picture on the wall that says "Building a Rainbow." It was so deep! 3: D,D,D, and his TV. He's such a TVhead normally, and everytime we trip i find that he wants to watch it. He claims "it's good for the visuals!" But i HATE it! Maybe mute the idiot box, but not Watch it, thats what the lysergic is for! Anyway, he puts on futurama which we watch for a little bit...i stare completely away from the TV during that. 330: After my complaining, we put music back on. we look at a book of maps from fairy tales and notice "the chinalands" in the land of oz...that doesn't exist...D claims that he's going to call the book company. he goes online to find the number to call but can't read because all teh words are shifting around! I noticed this too. 4: We go out one last time to smoke. His dad gets up around 5 530! i blaze a little more, and get some GRREAT visuals. Whenever D or J moved, there were 3 or 4 vivid black afterimages of them. Also, i saw their auras..J was purple ,D blue, and i was green (as always). J saw some trails when he moved the lighter around. I counted my cigs, and figured out that i smoked 15 over the couorse of the night! 430: We descend into teh basement one final time for the night. We listen to music for a little bit until we hear thumping upstairs (D's dad is up!) so we put on tv. at this point, i dont mind watching the boobtube. 530: D falls asleep. We turn the lights out, and me and J do our separate things. Before he puts his earbuds in, i ask him, "howd you like it," and he goes "best thing ever." 615: i fall asleep. Conclusions: J ended up getting some synesthesia when he was listening to his music before bed, reporting the guitar being a vivid yellow glob and the drums as brilliant red bursts, and the piano spewed numbers from nowhere. In the past, D has gotten very enlightened from tripping,b ut he says that he hasnt felt that since that night. I on the other hand have felt EXTREmELY enlightened since then! Gotta spread the love. Now, her'es a little question for anyone who can answer it. Why didn't J get (m)any visuals? Was it because it's his first time, or was it because maybe he didn't know what to look for? Are some people less likely to get visuals? Also is it that visual intensity can vary from trip to trip? These are the questions that boggle my brains
Cool man. He may not have gotten visuals because it was his first time? Is he hard headed? One of my friends needs alot more psychedelic to trip out as hard as anyone else. He snorted 300mg of DPT and just sat on the couch and laughed and talked about a stupid show that was on the TV. I was dumb founded.
i got a decent amount of visuals the first time i tripped, especially coming up/at the peak my friend has tripped like three times though and he hasnt had many visuals during all three trips, i think it depends on the person.
fun read. good to hear of people enjoying the cid. Open-eye visuals were pretty absent my first trip, instead everything just seemed brighter and crisper, but there were some brilliant cev's. I didn't get big time OEv's until I took about 600-700 mics, which was five high potency hits.
