    leather = crazy expensive.
    i would recommend finding a plain leather corset you can afford, and tool it yourself.
    the belt you can make yourself, or purchase, and the pouches you should definately make yourself. you can try an army navy surplus store for old leather jackets (by the pound usually) or a fabric/ specialty store for the leather. I wish i could help you more, but i don't do much online shopping. all i know is that you can save money by doing part of the work yourself, and leather work isnt terrible difficult. just be sure to practice your design first.

    at the link above, toward the bottom is a 3 pocket belt bag, a very simple design, that they are raping people $65 for. the design is sound and simple.

    search around on etsy. but its bloody expensive.
    i recycle leather and fur from old coats and make my own stuff. its time consuming if you dont have leather working tools though.
