Greetings everyone! This happens to me and my friends, and as far as i can assume, most people who take a healthy dose of acid. But does anyone know the reason why this fantastic chemical enables you to see primitive designs in such detail, for example celtic knots, mayan art and far eastern designs? its not too important that i discover the answer, its just baffled me for some time and i've wondered if this has ever intrigued any others? peace and happiness.
Why? I think its all in your head And sometimes its all in mine too....all the eyes I see...cold n sneaky lady!
it is the "fabric" that sows reality together. the mayans and other tribes took religous "trips" like you and then drew these pictures. visionary art. they saw the same designs as you and others. cool huh. each psycedelic allows you to see different things.
i bet every single ancient tribe is based around psychedelic experience i figure human evolution roots from it
it is all in your head. but everything's in your head, so that doesn't mean much. when u take psychs and look at rock structures or other natural beauties, your no longer in the modern world - commercial way of thinking where you would think "o thats just a rock". Instead, it takes you to a more tribal, earth connected state that allows you to see that rock for all it is and can be. one may percieve ancient faces chizeled out into stone or mythical animals. you begin to see those things that in your mind relate to tribal/earth worhipping existence. whether you are experiencing some energy channeled from ancient cultures i can't tell you, but i can tell you that many of the people's from these cultures (mayans etc) were capable of seeing the world in the same way we americans do while on psychs.
I have always found it amazing what ancient civs developed... especially those in south/central America. Different psyches can produce diff things of benefit, now we are in a more technological mindset, but back then they were just as advanced and smart but in a different way... personally i found what they did to be years ahead in what we achieved except for their ridiculous notion of human sacrifice. I also had the privilege of traveling to chichenitza this summer and must say it is incredible what these people built and accomplished. Some of their design is truly brilliant and the land that they lived in is equally comparable.
Hmm... I once grew the south american strain of psilocybe cubensis. They give out unique visuals...Man, if what i saw was what tribes saw too, I understand why they thought it was in relation with divinity...Colors seeming futuristic and alien, even for today's technology. Like a ufo coming down on the village! Their faith must have been much stronger than todays believers...
