Ok sense its spring and pollen is EVERYWHERE. Is the tree and other flower pollen bad for my 2 girls? Will it make them have seeds? My biggest fear is the damn pollen
No, you don't have to worry about any pollen but cannabis pollen. Just make sure to get all the males out in time!

Different species pollen does not effect other species. For example Cherry tree pollen is not going to cross over into buttercups and make seeds.
