Transitioning to becoming a bare-footer

Did Anybody noticed, How you’re feet get really itchy when you put on you’re socks and shoes. I thought it was in my head because back when I wore shoes and socks daily my feet never got itchy when I wore socks 24/7. Today I was force to wear awful shoes and socks and my feet got itchy lol it went away but the my feet kept feeling extremely hot also. Is there any scientific reason why this happens or is it my mind just wanting to go barefoot lol what do you guys think?

Never had itchy feet but about the hot feeling it is probably because now you have better blood circulation and shoes and socks are unneeded to keep feet warm. what are your socks made of ?

 

I don't think I've personally felt itchy from the few times I've had socks, just right and claustrophobic.

 

I think I get the same feeling its not like an itch I want to scratch but like a craving to feel the earth with my bare soles

 

When I have to put on shoes and socks now, my feet get hot very quickly. We want and need to be barefoot. I completely understand that craving to feel the earth with my bare feet, as nature intended.

I wear cheap walmart deck shoes with the elastic cut out. They are loose and slide on/off easily. Keeps feet dry and free of shoes at my desk.

My shoes are off as often as possible, but when I have to work, I wear Merrell Trail Glove "barefoot" shoes. Super light, no rise in the heels, and they allow you to step in these shoes the same manner you'd step when barefoot. Some people tell me they look weird, but I like them.

and now I wear the same kind

 

What kind of sandals is that? Lol how old were you when laughed at you’re dad and how old were you when u started wearing the same kind of sandals
