The answer is yes to both of those questions. Though of course the surgery does need to have been performed to a good standard for the vagina to have normal sexual function. Some can be left with no sexual stimulation if the surgery goes wrong, or hasnt been done right. But then again, that isnt the main reason that most want it done.
