Tramadol hydrochloride

12:08 Ingested 150 mg with water.

• Very Limited knowledge of Tramadol Hydrochloride.
• First Time
• I am Alone

12:38 Ingested 50 mg with water.

• Siezed has informed me that 150mg would not get me to my designation.
• Placebo effect coming on, slight tingling. Some dissociation with reality. Lack of physical sensations.

1:00 200 mg in my system total.

• Lack of motivation but I am Confident in myself.
• Looking for more of a prolonged effect, going to try and plateau.
• Hand movements seem delayed and "Twitchy."
• Intellectual capacity decreasing.

1:55 took another 50 mg

• Feeling sort of sick
• Mild OBE'S here and there.
• Need for ciggarettes
• Not really high anymore, just slight euphoria and heavy pain relief. Hopefully I stay in this mindset for a few more hours.

Great report! Definitely do not take more than 350mg at a time. I would say 200mg at the upmost. This med has been known to cause seizures. It can also become addicting. Just a word of caution. I'm so glad to hear that it worked so well on pain for you. I use it sometimes for back pain.

 

You do know that Tramadol contains and SNRI constituent, right? Shits going to put you in the hospital or the morgue if you keep fucking with it.

i had friend two years ago died after taking a 400mg or so dose, he was a big guy too, 250 or so pounds,

 

The other 50 mg kicked in about an hour ago.

I feel great, I just found a whole bunch of confidence I didn't know about. No After effects, no side effects atm* Fun trip but I would never buy these.

Very similar to a heavy Kava Dose.

 

Please don't overlook what everyone has posted for your own safety. Addiction is a sneaky monster that creeps up on people when they are least expecting it. Tramadol is dangerous. Just an effort to warn you, that's all.

I take 100-150mg at a time, but heavy heavy real oxy/morphine/hydromorphone user, so do you have a tolerance as me, so I can achieve a small buzz, or am I just fucked? haha, any guess will do thanks.

Anyways, I am glad to hear you enjoyed it, but I would probably stick below 100 mg if you don't have a tolerance to it. Like others have said, it is unique in the opioid kingdom (well, it shares this with Propoxyphene) that it is also an SNRI like Effexor and Cymbalta. So you have to be a bit careful in the higher doses so to not induce a seizure.

 

Your friend probably died from serotonin syndrome not the tramadol. The Zoloft or whatever SSRI doesn't mix with the SNRI effects of the tramadol. I used tramadol for over a year to treat pain till I got to real pain killers but tramadol is fine just don't mix it EVER WITH A SSRI AND NEVER TAKE MORE THAN 300mgs in a day risk of seizure gets really high after that. Also mix this drug with as little else as possible.

 

i was prescribed tramadol for my ankylosing spondylitis doesnt touch my pain just talked to my rheumy this morning told me to double my dose to 600mgs a day until i see him next wednesday its the shittiest pain killer i have ever had

 

600 is a very high dose... Be careful. If it's not working at 300 I doubt 600 is going to be any more effective, your Dr. is being pretty risky with your health.

 

That's some irresponsible advice bordering on being unethical IMO. I would strongly advise you to seek a second opinion if at all possible, knowing the terrible side effects of too much tramadol. In the meanwhile can you take 2 advil or 1 aleve tablet instead of doubling your tramadol and see if you can obtain better pain relief that way until your appt. You must be careful either way, but I feel ibuprofen is a safer choice than a ton of tramadol

 

DEAR GOD THAT'S TERRIBLE ADVICE!! My doc had me on 300mgs a day and it did nothing basically to help with my pain but anytime I crossed the 300mg mark I would start having pedit mal seizures. PLEASE DON'T TAKE 600MGS OF TRAMADOL!! I took a dose that large ONE time!! I felt so sick I had to have a buddy drop what he was doing get a babysitter and have him cause watch me cause I had 4-5 pedit mal seizures in a little less than 2 hours. You doc should have his liscense taken away. My doc said he wasn't even legally allowed to give me more than 8 every 24 hours and that was still 100mgs OVER the RECOMMENDED daily dosage. Tramadol is scary shit. It also can be fatal if mixed with any SSRIs just so people know. If you are on ANY antidepressant DO NOT take tramadol. It can cause serotonin syndrome and I HAVE heard of docs RXing ppl SSRIs and tramadol at the same time. MALPRACTICE!!!!!

 

My doctor had me on 400mg of Tramadol and 225mg of Effexor. Needless to say I ended up in the hospital. Really watch what else you take when on Tramadol. I wouldn't mix it with any other opiates either. Makes me call Ralph on the big white phone. This is also from someone who has been prescribed Tramadol for the past 5 years.

but as I said generally on 150 mg (for me at least) it is not enough to get 'fucked up' but taking any more than that at one time can be risky business for your health, the most I'm pretty sure a doctor will even prescribe is 300mg time release.. so just be careful, like I said before tramadol can cause seizures and other serious shit and it will sneak up on you and kill you

 

That's as bad as when my (also a quack) doctor put me on a high dose of Imitrex for migraines while on 300 mg of Effexor per day! Hey, at least I can tell people that I know what Serotonin Syndome is like now !

You would probably experience some effects but only placebo. I am also a heavy pill popper thats why I took so much. But it really looks like the majority of the responses are right, I wont fuck with this shit again... Kind of one of those pointless trips.

 

hmmm took 600mg when i was 16 and was fine lol
