took acid for the first time - nothing happened

Okay
so my friend called and said he had a surpise for me
'some candy to drop, babe'
yeah man, i knew what that was
so he shows up with a little red pill
ive never done it before and have no clue how many ways it comes in
so i swallow and start watching the clock
to see how long itd take
occasionally i glance at my bud
and about 40ish minutes later, hes smiling and bouncing his head alittle
and i feel nothing, im just chill/relaxed
but my arms did have this tingly feeling, like
my circulation is being cut off
like wtf man, and i have to admit
when others are high and im not
i get a bit grumpy


i take antipressants, Celexa or citalopram when i wake up
and sleeping pills, Nozinan or methotrimeprazine a couple hours before bed.
idk if that is why nothing happened

my friend felt pretty good, so it couldnt have been that weak


id like to know the science or reason behind it
and its not something i can ask my doctor
so if anyone knows whats up
or would like to brainstorm with me
then thatd be cool

don't take 2 tonight you'll be wasting them. need to wait several days for your tolerance to return to normal.
Yes, some antidepressants inhibit acid, has something to do with serotonin tho I don't know the technical explanation.
microdots are rare these days so there's a chance you got something other than lsd.
if you suffer from depression then acid is a risky drug, but you probably already knew that.

 

Anti depressants have some similar properties as anti psychotics. Anti psychotics are given to people who could not handle their trips to get them to come back to reality. Thus it would make sense that anti depressants could counter some psychedelic effects.

 

I dont know about that man, dont qoute me, but i dont think anti depressants would have enough of a cross effect to completely cancel out your trip. LSD trips are very powerful, if you didnt get anything...not even a single trail, theres no doubt it was fake.

I fell asleep on the dude.
I smoked alot of mj a couple of hours before.
mixed with my meds, i was fucked up man.
knocked me out.
maybe today ill pop those pills.

 

it sounds like Morpheus from the matrix showed up at your house and gave you some caffeine pills instead of the real deal lol.

some of those colored pills are companies trying to make similar things to real drugs, but most of the time their just caffeine pills

 

look, did you TRIP or were you just fucked up, its like comparing black to white. Swallowing an OC 80 would get me fucked up, but if i had to choose the difference between an 80 and a microdot it would be like decyphering Pink Floyd from the fucking Backstreet Boys...

 

nothing happened when i took that pill
but in the evening i smoked some weed
i was very high, and things were shifty
it felt like more than an mj high.
eventually i got knocked out.
but i mixed it with a sleeping pill and two antidepressants.
i know im stupid, but i dont care.

Lol its alright i dont think your stupid, but next time you think your going to take LSD, you should do more readin on it and make sure your fully prepared to tripp off of it. Its very enjoyable dont get me wrong, but it just seems like you kinda swallowed a pill without having any idea what to expect and without any mental preperation. Prolly not the best idea.
