Lately with the way my schedule has been, I have alot of time on my hands. I have actually been sleeping for 12 hours a night! That is my natural clock, and if I wake up before then, I am tired all day. But Im wondering if this is unhealthy. I know its bad to get too little sleep, but what about too much? Do you think 12 hours is too much?

No. If you wake up after 12 hours and feel refreshed, that is great. If you are waking up and staying in bed, depressed or something, and going back to sleep, that is not so good. Your body may require 12 hours of sleep. I require a lot of sleep, but get very little. On my days off, it is not uncommon for me to sleep 14 or 16 hours straight...

Well I walk every night for about a half hour. Thats about it as far as exercise goes without counting just the regular crap like cleaning and all that.
Im not sleeping 12 hours out of depression or anything like that.....its just that I naturally sleep that long every night.....never fails. Do you think that is oversleeping? I dont do it on purpose but if it is unhealthy in any way then I will make an effort to change that.

I really wouldn't worry about it then...

FDR is Franklin Delano Roosevelt, former US president.

If you are feeling good, then that is what your body requires. No worries. :)
