these feelings i feel unihibited feelings are ready and out i know that these are feelings we all have, and we all cope with them haikus anger theres gottta be a better way.
try going for a long hike or a run, and clear your mind, but just remember there could not be happiness with out unhappiness.
In the past year I've taken up meditation daily and it has seriously helped me mellow out, It's hard to remember the last time I felt anxiety, fear, anger or pain. This may just have to do with little to no problems, i'm not sure. But I guess what i'm recommending is try meditation it just might cool ya down.
i do meditate. and it does help. but i just have this deeeeep rooted anger. its like almost natural. i dont embrace it. but its there. and dsnadhas. i dunno. im gonna go for a walk.
How you can appreciate the high even more if you first didn't hit the bottom? We all have those feelings. That shall pass too.
