I've seen plenty of well known journalists breach the peace a lot more than tr did here.......I'm not a big fan of the guy, but arresting him (mostly it seems) for just expressing a few strong views seems pretty crazy to me.

 

He was in contempt of court and already had a suspended sentence for it... He should have been treading on egg-shells.

I don't think he was arrested "for just expressing a few strong views". He was arrested for contempt of court for a second offense (while under suspended sentence) of defying a court order to refrain from covering trials in a manner that the judge thought was interfering with the defendant's right to a fair trial. I don't know what country you come from, but the British courts are much less comfortable with trying cases in the press than judges are in the U.S. They imposed a gag order, Robinson violated it, and they lowered the boom!

Anyone can have a gripe against religious zealots! That does not make one a racist, or xenophode, because the former come in all nationalities, races and religions, both foreign and domestic. It also caused "red-lining" of neighborhoods so blacks could not move in and "lower property values." And of course, all black (insert nationality, religion, ethnicity here) men want to rape white women. The facts of rape show that rapes seldom cross ethnic, cultural divides. The men arrested are criminals who happen to be Muslim. To say that Muslims have some "agenda" to enslave non-Muslim women and use them for rape-sex-prostitution is beyond amazing. There might be some minority of Islamic men involved in such crimes as those arrested were. But how many non-Islamic men are involved in these crimes and have been for hundreds of years? This kind of rabid hate mongering is disturbing but not surprising. It happens to the newest immigrants to countries who can be indentified as different. Sharia Law is not the law of Britain or America, Australia. It is a religious-based law of some Islamic countries. A few apply it strictly. About 20 or so apply it more loosely. Our law is based on constitutional law and freedom of practice of religion. No religion can enforce its rules on a country run by secular laws. This is why our countries were founded on freedrom to practice and separation of church and state. Sharia is the opposite. Take a breath and stop the panic. We must all uphold our rules and laws while upholding our freedoms.

Rochdale child sex abuse ring

The Rochdale child sex abuse ring involved under-age teenage girls and a 13 year old boy in Rochdale, England. Nine men were convicted of sex trafficking and other offences including rape, trafficking girls and boys for sex and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child,

8 May 2012, 10 more were convicted in another investigation in 2015. Forty-seven white girls were identified as victims of Child sex trafficking during the police investigation

Shabir Ahmed was originally handed a 19 year sentence which was upped to 22 years for repeatedly raping a girl.

was reported he would be deported back to Pakistan following the conclusion of his sentence.

Mohammed Amin, 45, of Falinge, was convicted of sexual assault and received a five-year jail term.

He was a driver for Eagle Taxis for 14 years and was known as "Car Zero".

Hamid Safi, of no fixed address, was convicted of trafficking girls for the purposes of sexual exploitation and sentenced to four years.

It was said he came to the UK on a lorry in 2008 and claimed asylum and would be deported to Afghanistan at the end of his sentence.

Taxi driver Abdul Qayyum, 44, of Rochdale, - known by the name "Tiger" - was jailed for five years.

Mohammed Sajid, then 35, was convicted of one count of rape, sexual activity with a girl under 16 and trafficking for sexual exploitation and was jailed for 12 years.

Abdul Rauf, then 43, of Rochdale, was convicted of trafficking a child within the UK for sexual exploitation and received six years.

Abdul Aziz, then 41 and a married dad-of-three, living in Rochdale, was convicted of trafficking for sexual exploitation and received a nine year sentence.

In 2015 three more were arrested in connection.

They will use legal aid to fight deportation.

Rotherham child sexual exploitation scandal

Since the 1980s - 2010s, organised child sex abuse of white English girls aged 12 to 16 continued almost unchallenged by legal authorities. in the town of Rotherham. It was first documented in the early 1990s, care home managers investigated reports that children in their care were being picked up by Pakistani cab drivers. Since at least 2001, multiple reports passed names of alleged perpetrators, several from one family, to the police. The first group conviction took place in 2010, when five Pakistani men were convicted of sexual offences against young girls.

It is estimated that 1400 English girls and boys in Rotherham were sexually exploited and the police did nothing when such things were reported.

So I don’t know, considering some of these rapist were let off with sentences almost equivalent to tommy Robinson’s, it doesn’t seem quite right.

 

I am not contesting that these men were trafficking in child and adolescent, or pedophilia, rape, prostitution and drugging of these children and young women. And there are some murky Islamic rules about enslaving women captured in "war." There is also "marriage for a day" where a man pays a "dowry" to use a woman. But in Islam prostitution, rape and pedophilia are illegal under Sharia law. Also, these men knew what they were doing in Britain was illegal. They can pretend that Sharia law outweighs constitutional law, but these men are not the majority of Islamic people in Britain or anywhere. Drugs are not allowed in Islam. So, again, these men were engaging in criminal activity that breaks both British and Islamic law. It is tragic they've harmed anyone.
In Califorinia 700 arrests were made, 30% of them were male johns, the rest were traffickers. 200 child and adolescent victims were freed. None of them were Muslim. This is home grown crime. In the UK the Association of Chief Police Officers, found 342 brothels in the West Midlands. Judging by their statistics, An eastern Europena woman was among 1,535 east European women working in brothels. In north-west England, 760 businesses were identified, employing 1,242 sex workers from eastern Europe. In the UK, police found evidence that at least 400 women from eastern Europe have been trafficked, suffering a similar ordeal to (one woman's case). But campaigners say the true number runs into the thousands. It seems this trafficking scam is big business for criminals and that's what's going on. Not some Islamic scare. It's happening everywhere and there are no racial, cultural or religious boundaries.

 

Also, sadly, some US stats show 66% of women involved in human trafficking gangs that ARE run by Islamic criminals are Islamic women, esp. women of color. So, all this "white" girls being trafficked skews these reports into being some kind of racia/sociall vendetta. It isn't. It's a profit vendetta. These men, who are not following true Islam, but abusive, financial practices, child abuse and female abuse are in this because women, children and boys are second class citizens to be used. This is definitely a cultural issue and police are struggling with this, worldwide. The victims are identified as youths coming from familial abuse situations and are vulnerable. Many are runaways. For adult women, some are new to this country or are brought in in groups and kept to pay off "debts" and are afraid they will be arrested instead of helped. These issues were ID'd around 2010-12. Self-reporting is slim, so few investigators know how to solve the extent of this issue.

 

Here comes the frame game. Yeah it's 4% look at the xenophobe thinking that something should be done about this little population. Except that this four percent which if we break it down that 50% of that number are women then the reality is that 2% of the population which happen to be Muslim men are committing 87% of the type 1 sexual assaults. The crime rate in all of these European countries that have let in these poor poor refugees have skyrocketed and everyone is bending over backwards to explain or excuse it away. In the meantime little kids are getting their bodies sold by these people who teach that westerners are the Kaffir or kuffar and are just dogs to them. They are not radicals. This is Islam. Western values and Islamic values are oil and water...they do not mix. If anyone's judgement is skewed it's yours. Muslims who are agitating for an Islamic country in Australia are delusional. Someone has to talk of it and ask some tough questions in certain communities, but those questions will not be asked for fear of offending and being accused of being racist, which effectively is accepted as true and shuts many up. So the gap widens.

I agree that the attacks of these particular criminal groups are sex/ hate crimes. The majority of the women, boys or girls have been white. There is a minority of trafficked youths who are not white, but my guess is they are English and not practicing Middle-eastern or traditional Islamic people. This is a twisted problem. There is a cultural/sexual bias against women in general in many Islamic countries. There is further bias against non-Islamic women. There is a criminal element who are acting in these cases. And remember, sex crimes are about POWER. Some powerless people involve themselves in crime to wield power they feel they cannot gain otherwise. Anyone who says the word "All" speaks in anger, ignorance and hate. All women, all whites, all English, all non-Muslims. Flip it around and you have all muslims, all men, all non-English, all people of color. Anyone involved in crimes against women, against people not of their religious group, their cultural or ethnic groups are involved in hate crimes. This is not the majority of Islamic or Muslim men. It is an Islamic, sex-trafficking mafia targeting, mostly, non-Islamic, females. A way to target that a female is almost surely non-Muslim is that she is white/European and she does not dress in traditional Islamic garb. Ten percent of these trafficking victims are not white. What does that say? It's about using women who are not traditionally Islamic. It's also a financial enterprise. If customers want certain types of females, the supplier is going to procure them to make money. And since Middle Eastern people are considered Caucasian, this can hardly be considered "racism". Religious, cultural prejudice, and sexism, yes. I hope we can all stop any and all KINDs of sex trafficking by acknowledging it, aiding victims and performing stings to break up these gangs no matter who is involved in them or for what reasons.

I disagree by doing so they will be reclaiming their identity and values ans standing up for them. Mentioning the Nazis will not intimidate me at all.
