Anyone know what marijuana tolerance really is, and how it behaves? I've heard conflicting things, some people say you build tolerance over time and if you quit for a while you can get higher when you smoke. That's what I've always believed, but other people say it has reverse tolerance and you need less to get high, the more you smoke? I've always found that I can get high off of 1 hit. But its never the strength of the high I got when I first started smoking. It also never lasts as long, right now I'm only high for like 30 minutes then I feel "normal". I'm bored right now anyways, so I think I might quit for a week or so, just to see if my tolerance drops.
definitely doesn't have "reverse tolerance." just quit smokin for a week or two and your tolerance will go back down
When people talk about reverse tolerance they're refering to the phenomenon of people not getting (as) high their first few times.
You are referring to "smoke less to get high more." Essentially, you are just smoking to get a buzz not a huge mind warping stone. Reducing consumption so as not to increase the tolerance.
Smoke more. Everyday I smoke a joint on the way to school and by the time I'm there I'm pretty high and stuff. Then at lunch I get into a big session at my friends house, it's awsome.
I can't afford more. A 1/4 a week is too much as it is. I gotta get my tolerance down. I've switched to smoking mids and they seem to get me high, although not nearly as much. I hope when I switch back to dank/headies the first few smokes will get me high as fuck.
