    Nice and mild right now with rain turning to heavy rain, but the storm is expected to explode when it hits the Atlantic ocean in what meteorologists are describing as Bombogenesis. The rain will then turn to snow and the fun begins.

    * WHAT...Rain changing to heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph
    .* WHERE...Portions of eastern, northeastern and western Massachusetts.
    * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Saturday night
    .* IMPACTS...Scattered power outages and some downed trees possible from the wet snow especially if the higher amounts are realized. Travel could be very difficult. Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.

    Stormy Weather... a long time favorite. My friend's sailboat was named Stormy Weather, which proved to be unlucky, but I still love the tune and love hearing it... Thank you!

    Well you can’t see it because it is ruddy dark down by the promenade and beyond out to sea Zen
    Plus the tide is in! :laughing:
    Thank you for window display compliment.
    Yes meant to cheer the place up a bit, and of course anyone entering the building gets to see it!
    Not the biggest and flashiest display one will ever see, but it’s just a little bit of cheer.

    I’ve been there three times and the Falls are absolutely spectacular. Looking back I’m surprised we haven’t gone there more often
    since it’s only a 4 1/2 hour drive.

    The one time I didn’t bring a girlfriend in tow (only my SLR) I actually saw more action.

    I invited the ticket girl to join me on the bus tour over to the Canadian side, and she said yes. It was the complete vacation package
