today

i stepped on a dead squirrel.

it was rather gross.

 

I say a truck flatten one once. It was so sad. Here's this cute fluffy squirrel then blam. Tire - Crunch - Dead squirrel. Squirrels are stupid. I can't watch them.

 

yeah squirrels are stupid... but i think they are fun to watch when they run up trees, and hide behind trees, and run around trees....

 

They are cute, but stay away from traffic guys!

 

the one i saw today was not cute but i almost cried. it was so sad.

i was walking to work and went down this hill in the grass- when i got to the bottom of the hill, there was no snow and that is where i stepped on the squirril... it's fur was all wet and matted like he had been buried in the snow... maybe froze to death or something.

 

how'd you manage to step on a dead squirrel?i love squirrels but kinda get hestitant when near one.just don't know what to do really but stare

 

Could have been worse. A dead squirrel could have landed on you.

Most things involving dead thing are. I'mma be cremated. Also noone will have to worry about my zombie.

 

especially if you walk by a tree and a random squirrel falls on your head

I almost ran over a bunny tonight. it actually went under my car. i thought it might have hit the tire, but in the rearview i could see it run off.

and the picture i got in my head of a dead squirrel falling out of a tree onto the lap of an unsuspecting trish actually made me bust out laughing. very few things do on here, but that did!! she's sittin on a bench, rockin out on her headphones, and all of a sudden... PLOP! then the look on her face.. hahahahahahahahahah

poor squirrel. i find it weird you guys have furry little things that run around free over there.

i stepped on a giant slug with my heel. it felt grosssss, i didnt kill him though.

 

you guys dont have random small animals over in austrailia? we got squirrels, chipmunks, possums, racoons, rabbits, cats, rats, mice,

 

nup, we get possums occasionally in some parts and theres always rats and mice but not really any day time animals. the only thing i see during the day are birds, kinda cool to see cockatoos and galahs though i guess.

 

As long as you aren't the "dead one".. I'd say things didn't turn out that bad...

 

I sometimes think about that, and I find it weird too. They are just like big rats with bushy tails...running all around you at the park or just in your yard. I find it weird that it doesn't bother us.

They like to sit in the trees in my yard and screech at my cat until she asks to come in. I think they are making fun of her weight.....nasty buggers.

 

Good idea. We don't want your rotting corpse hanging out in bars trying to pick up chicks.

 

I wonder if she drives a Big SUV and uses the cell phone at the same time.

 

You forget loads of deadly snakes...or is that just an Adelaide thing?

 

But are the snakes all over the place in plain sight?
