Tired of using my hands, should I get a fleshlight or sex doll?

I'm a 23 year old single male with an insatiable sex drive. The problem is I have not been laid in over a year, and I masturbate 4-5 times a day and it just doesn't do it for me anymore. I am thinking about investing in either a fleshlight or a sex doll? Which would be a better choice?

There's a sliding scale (bo-boom!) Blow up sex dolls are a dime a dozen, but they're not very good apparently. I've used flesh lights & they are amazing if you use them right with warm water & proper lubricant. They take a lot more maintenance than people think, however, and they break very easily e.g. don't use baby oil & for the love of god don't use them to practice fisting! So called 'real dolls' are apparently the best of the best, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RealDoll), so much so that some users develop genuine psychological issues as they fail to separate fantasy from reality. The other problem of course is the price, they cost thousands!

None of these things will give you love, affection &/or companionship, however, nor are any of them interactive, you have to do all the work yourself. If you want a fully interactive entity that not only satisfies your sexual needs but your social ones as well, then there really is no substitute for the real thing.

 

Definitely a FleshLight, on all counts - primarily on cost.
Consider storage of the doll. If it's the inflatable type, what about deflating it when you're finished - then there's the inevitable degradation of the vinyl.

A FleshLight, on the other hand (no pun intended, but very apt), is compact, doesn't become immediately embarrassing if anyone happens to spot it in your room (unless, of course, they have one themselves & recognise it for what it is).

The FleshLight also has a wide range of preferred inserts, offering a choice of varying textures.

The FleshLight may be use manually (my personal preference) or embedded in something, such as the mattress & the bed (or, as I have done on several occasions, rolled up my quilt, with the Fleshlight in the middle. This, with a little imagination, can make for quite a realistic encounter.

Finally, the thing that is probably most important of all, the silicone material (used with water based lube) can feel just as realistic as the real thing - especially is you warm it beforehand by running warm water through it. Plus, of course, it's totally waterproof, so you can take it in the bath with you (as I do), to give it a wash (I don't often bother to use it in the bath, as I can never seem to get anywhere in there - I think it's the warm water affecting my bodily functions. Fully soaped up, it may feel real good, but that's as far as it goes).

There is also the "SIAC" ("Sex In A Can"), which is basically the same sort of thing as the FleshLight, except designed (quite realistically, I might add) to look like a drinks can. I thought I'd try one of these for myself, however, when it arrived I was soon to discover that my overly generous girth wouldn't allow me to fit in it (even without the insert), so if you, too, have a generous girth, you might want to take this into consideration (the FleshLight, however, being much larger, accommodates most sizes).

I used to have problems with the inserts splitting, but then I realised that this was due to the fact that I had been opting for the wider entry, to accommodate my girth. Then it dawned on me that if I were to go to the other extreme & get the 'Ultra Tight' fit, the additional silicon material between the inner tube to the outer wall is dramatically increased, and it still has the amazing level of stretchability. Having made this move, whereas I used to be getting through 1 insert every 6 months or so (still well worth it, even so), I now have had the same 'Ultra Tight' one for about 3 years, with no sign of wear.
