If your a minor and your toking up with people over 18, in the off-chance that your caught by cops, there is one vitally important thing you gotta do:

    Take the blame.

In most states, supplying a minor with weed is a pretty serious offence, and can land someone in jail for a while. So when smoking with people over 18, claim the weed is yours, get a fine/probation/community service/angry parents, and save your friend.

(If the weed is actually your's and you don't own up, you're an asshole)

no offense man but that's not correct. Yes, you are right, supplying bud to minors is serious, but if it were me i wouldn't take the blame if the weed wasn't mine.

Nope, I totally agree with the guy. I see taking the blame as a minor not taking a bullet, but just taking the stress and the bullshit off the adult's shoulder. I mean, you dont get shit as a minor with weed posession as a minor, but when ure an adult and caught with pos., and on top of that, supplying to a minor, ure gonna get ass raped with legal issues and fines, maybe even jail time... I agree 1000% Beleg

Take the hit for your friends - If they are not your friends what are you doing smoking with them. Almost all states have a minor shield law. One of my kids got financial aid with a pot bust on her record but it was before she was 18.

Maybe that's why all of your friends rip you off, because they realise you are selfish and think only of yourself. I expected more from a Georgia boy. We're supposed to be able to sacrifice ourselves for our friends without regret. You should think about moving away from GA if you are scared to get in a LITTLE bit of trouble for a friend.
