*time for fall/winter clothes*

    yay its almost that time of year again!! i love sweaters and petticoats and cord skirts and all but I am thinking i need to add a lil something new to my wardrobe this year! does anyone have a good pattern for a long cape/cloak with a hood?? or any other winter/fall clothing????? all help is grately appreciated!!

    hahaha its jst coming into the warmer season over here............. :D cant wait to be back in singlet tops and minis!!! :)
    I am sick to death of winter and winter clothing..... ugh and its so much more expensive than summer clothing.

    phunky, your best bet for finding a cool looking cloak pattern would probably be to look on ebay for a vintage one. i used to have a ton, but i got rid of them recently. depending on how retro you want to go, cloaks/capes were popular in the 40's, i think, and of course again in the 60's/70's.

    Look at costume patterns. I found a cool cloak there.

    find a book called renaisance costuming. loads of patterns that can be modified into "sumptious hippie" for skirts, dresses, cloaks etc.
