So I was watching ABC 2 last night and saw a doco on Glastenbury, how it all began with the homeless hippies at stone henge and such, great doco.. But anyway, it got me thinking, we need a peace love festival! Sure we have stuff like Confest and others, but I'd love to see a crowd of thousands of like-minded, free spirited down to earth people come together for 3 days and celebrate the wonders of life.. tripping, music.. the atmosphere would be great.. why dont these things happen anymore? When will the next hippie movement take flight?!
Hi, im sorry I couldt help notice that no one has answered.. i guess thats some kind of answer too. no offence BUT. i think you may be in the wrong country. go to europe, there are tons of "hippie" like festivals. Check out for example Roskilde Festival in Denmar or Ozora Festival in Hungary. There is also a couple of smaller festivals in Denmark, that are even more hippie. Check for example Nakke Festival. Hope you will find something interesting
