Thrusting problem!

    Hi!

    I am 20 years old and new to sex.

    I think i have a problem with thrusting! When i am on missionary position and i use my glutes to thrust, i just can't control them: i can't keep them in a specific rhythm! I can't coordinate my hip movement!

    Is there a specific exercise to help?

    Will it take long to master that? It's getting awkward :(

    EDIT: Is there another way to thrust? Some kinda trick to work another muscle? I kinda jerk every 3 or 4 thrusts...

    practice sitting on your ass and shift it to music.
    watch some belly dancers learn some hip movement..

    How can i thrust while i am sitting on my ass? You mean like grind on the chair?

    It really is an issue that practice will make you better at it, but you can also just try general exercises that focus on the glutes. One of the most popular is the “Bridge” – you lie on your back, hands at side, knees bent. Lift your butt off the floor as high as you can; hold it; slowly lower – and repeat. “Ankle on the knee” is also good for glutes - From a lying position, bend your knees and keep your feet on the floor. Place your ankle of one foot on your opposite knee. Grasp the thigh or knee of the bottom leg and pull both of your legs into the chest. Relax your neck and shoulders. Hold for 10-20 seconds and then switch sides. (It’s a good idea to try these out slowly first and make sure they work for you and don’t cause undue strain.) Anyway, building up your glutes muscles may help. On a separate note, keep your penis in good general health through the use of a quality penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). One with L-arginine is especially recommended, as it can help in the production of nitrous oxide, which helps keep penis blood vessels open. Good luck!

    I wonder, with most species there's the "survival of the fittest" rule & if / how that would apply here.

    Seriously it's like teaching someone to run. Either you can run or you're at the end of the pack and eaten by the dinosaur. I don't mean to be mean but seriously how do you explain to someone how to thrust during sex? Try not going fast, just start out slow and pick it up from there. There are no training wheels here...

    Maybe your just over thinking it,its not a competition,unless you make it one,just set your mind free and experience the moment, mechanics are nice to know ,but if that's all you can think about ,how can you enjoy the ride , when you enjoy yourself the other person will enjoy there self
