More like 95% or better, but getting to that point will require developing the newest Information Theory, which is brand new. Just as the idiots are using nuclear power plants to supply electricity to overpriced hardware, that could be 100,000x more efficient and cheaper in five years, they're using a brute force approach to programming the Three Stooges, while I'm teaching their AI Professional Wrestling, in 8 dimensions and a singularity.
