its been a little over 2 hours since I put the tabs in my mouth.
I was totaly ten minutes ago saying, "Dude, this fucking LSD is bullshit."

But then, I felt by brain disasosiate from body just a few minutes ago.

So im probably gunna peak in a few minutes.

lol sorry to burst your bubble but ya dont peak minutes after u feelthe 1st feelings..lol that comes hours later..it is sorta odd that youd feel nothing for 2 whole hours but its not unheard of either..probly weak doses, or u coulda used 1 more, how many did u take?

Well... that was interesting!
Heres a quick write up of all that.
Consider tho, im still intoxicated. So please pardon any bad spelling or grammar.

Long story, kinda short.

I had 2 hits. We arnt sure the exact ammounts of L on each, it was estimated at about 75-150 each by the guy who we got it from, but I think that number is low (more on that in a sec tho)

It did take about 2 hours for it to really kick in. At first, I totaly thought the stuff was Bogus, and I was almost ready just to go to bed. But then I noticed I had this one dissasosiation (sp?) thing that felt ALOT like when I smoked Salvia a while ago.
But it wasnt nearly as intense as the salvia was, this was alot more gradual.

I think I peaked around 2:30, but it wasnt too much of a peak.
I would say that I was tripping about as much as when I first started to smoke weed when I was about 16.
It was something of an "Ultra-Stoned" feeling. Everything was very groovey, and for a while, I did start having some wavey visuals and distortions.
I giggled alot, my body felt pretty crazy (lot of parts totaly lost feeling for a while)
But id say that was about the extent of it.

I mean, I was definetly tripping, but not nearly enough.
The guy we got it from said that its not quite as good as the stuff he normaly gets.

I think I might have a higher naturaly resistance to Psychoatives tho, because the highest i've ever got, was when I had almost a Quad of mushrooms to myself.
I definetly tripped hardcore then, but it still wasnt enough.
The coolest visuals I had were my vision went kinda kalidoscopic for a while, and everything became very wavey and liquidy.
Which was cool and all, but I didnt see anything that wasnt really there. No interesting hallucinations or anything.

The guy I had the stuff with, had a hit and a half on Friday, and he had a hit and a half with me last night. He seemed to be feeling it somewhat more than me. He said he was getting some good visuals, so I think it worked better for him.
So, maybe (im not sure yet tho) I have a little bit of a natural resistance to Psychoactives?

All that being said, LSD was fun, but next time I need more.
I'd say, if I about doubled the dose of what I took last night (which I wish I could, but I dont have any more!) id probably be close to about where I would want to be.

Oh yeah. And stareing in the mirror was really awsome.

it was probably way weak ... my first time it took about 1 hour 45 minutes for it to get going where i noticed something ... i was just about at the point where i'd thought i'd been ripped off. but trust me, it was definitely the real thing.

 

are you on any other kind of medication by any chance? like any anti-depressants or anything?

 

And how experienced are you with the various psychedelics including research chemicals?

 

2ces - do you know of any RC that would have you trip for around 6-7 hours, heavy body load and weak physical distortions (ie walls breathing, pictures moving around slightly, CEV's that were mostly peoples faces, flattening of 3-d images, etc)? The guy sold it as acid, and since it was my first time I didn't think anything of it, and even my buddy who had tripped several times, who was going to be my sitter, said that it was probably just weak shit, but I'm not so sure. The thing that gets me, retrospectively, it how big the strip was. Compared to shit I took later, it should have been like a ten-strip, but it was one hit.

What this kid describes is pretty similar to my first trip...things around me got a little more interesting, but it was really more of a "super duper stoned" with some cool visual oddities.

 

Most everything I know on blotter makes you trip for very long, maybe it was weak/shittily manufactured lsd. You never really know...

 

The only thing I'm seeing wrong here is the 2 hours to kick in. If it doesn't last for about 12 hours, then what you took wasn't LSD. Could be an RC or DOB. The other weird thing is that you should be peaking at about the 2 hour point. Go to erowid.org to find out and see if what youtook is LSD. Good luck!

 

mine was definitly LSD but it was weak so the 1st two hits took a while to kick in but i could definitly feel it the whole time, then after i took another 2 hits i came up within an hour or less with nice visuals and that familiar craziness throughout my body.

 

when i took acid, it took 2 hours to come on, then it came on strong ... i was tripping fairly hard for about 6-8 hours (can't remember exactly) and by that point was tired and ended up falling asleep ... slept for about 6 hours with nice dreams ... woke up, and was still coming down and continued to come down for the next 6-8 hours. i had taken 4 hits originally 2 and then an hour later another 2.

and i agree with neuronaut7 ... what else makes you see walls breathe, monitors melt, etc
