what are you trying to accomplish, and how long have you been going? if you're not reaching your goals, maybe a different plan is due. you're not fat....
I've accomplished half of my goal. I lost fifty seven pounds last year. However, I am still rather... thick, as you can see. Two years ago I weighed 317. I now weigh 260. Belly fat is extremely hard to get rid of, especially when it has accumulated over the years, as my trainer has told me.
FIFTY POUNDS? Holy crap, that's GREAT!!! Sounds like whatever you're doing is working just fine. I know sometimes it's tough to stay motivated, but you're doing better than probably 95% of the others who are trying to reduce. You should be an inspiration to other people at the gym. (you can climb down from the pedestal I've put you on, if you wish) hehe
Ha ha! Thank you. Actually my trainer did say that I had him motivated. I've slacked a little and gained some (I was down to 242, but went back up to 260). But I am back and ready to kick some butt! You were right Col... about the weight thing
HOLY SHIT! If you've made that much progress, I'd say the gym is working out for you... You just have to keep it up, and be consistent, you'll reach your goal eventually...
