Just think about it. Remember when all a computer was a green screen and you had to type : load "*" ,8,1 to load something? Now they have Mac OS X and whatever the hell the latest version of Windows is where you load something with the click of a mouse, go online and post on this forum, and do all kinds of stuff. Everyone has become a techno junkie. Plastic replaced metal. Hydrogen cars have been developed. People with those damn ipods and mp player things laugh at me cause I use tape. Rock aint rock anymore. VWs went from cheap and simple to complex and expensive. Kids can't walk the street without being kidnapped by psycopaths. And teens are denied all freedom because of the new laws. Yup this is definitely the future.
Nope, it's still the present. It's always the present. The ever changing, eternal and infinite present. Which is good, because those qualities mean it is dynamic, and we are not stuck in our situations.
isnt it quite obvious that 2005 is the future, and the 40s are the past? Were you thinking, hmmm, when will the future come?
Thats why i wont trade my early teens in early 70s for today even if some gene in a bottle could fullfill that dream.
