These were suposidly taken at a demonstration in London called "Religion of Peace" No date given just said it was recent (what ever that means). Can any Londoners confirm/deny this event
Check post#64yeah saw such things and know about it, The British police said they will look for them, but I don't know if that demonstration called "Religion of Peace"Any way, I believe that this demonstration took place after the Danish cartoons *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely,Cat Stevens
Yeah, those pics were taken from the Muhammad cartoon protests here in London. Angry people, however, no excuse for senseless threats like that. It didn't get them anywhere except police cells as a lot of those guys were caught and arrested.
If only people Stop angering them deliberately would be much more better Don't forget Some who threat All the time :sunglasse Do you think there is no excuse for them tooGo and read thousands of stories about ppl who got angry, read what they did how their threats were, you will find good stories from the united State of SatanHuh *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely,Cat Stevens
And let's not forget the one who starts , and the one who causes violence & anger ppl deliberately *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely,Cat Stevens
Why sometimes be called for:sunglasse And sometimes isn't violence its to don't turn your other cheek, yeah, not always ppl should do so yeah, it depends, & things which may make me angry isn't necessarily similar to yours:sunglasse The responsible is the worst , mmm it depends *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely,Cat Stevens
mmm what happened to the intruder in your example, the blame goes to him, he did that willingly, he should face the consequences and shouldn't whine, he shouldn't expect a specific reaction, everyone has his own reaction, my anger is different, I express it differently, yours is different as well, and it may be over-reaction in your POV it depends, & we have to know the reason of this over-reaction *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
And those who caused it are the responsible too. it depends, is it during the breaking and entering, or after it The US & sadly UK over-react but I think this over-reaction is used only with Muslim ppl And who decides whether it fits it or not?:sunglasse *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
Did I say that I second those banners! they were angry, BTW 9/11 no one is sure who did itLinks: And if the Muslim did it, why did they do it? When did the Muslim terrorist come to the existence, what was the reason? of course I'm completely against it but read this: They know that angering some Muslims causes this. And they are angering them deliberately. They want to keep angering them , OK, go ahead ,and face the known consequences but don't weep. *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
while it wasnt necessary to have most of non-muslim europe to publish those cartoons, i think they brought light upon a valuable lesson learned: islam is anything but a peaceful religion. its on the same level as christianity, if not lower. just because you were offended doesnt mean you have to act like a bitch until you get an apology. grow a sack and stop whining. (that wasnt directed at anyone here)
and this makes it okay? "face the known consequences" this is why organised religion should be purged from this planet. you guys (as in all devout followers of a godly religion) are fucking insane. use your head and think for once...
people should be able to say whatever they want, with mild if any consequences if what they say is fact or opinion. some people just need to grow up. some people published pictures of the man you call god... and millions of fellow followers freak out about it, threatening to attack an entire continent? am i not the only one who thinks that the reaction of muslims around the world has probably been the most foolish thing that has so far happened in the 21st century?
it happens to christianity everyday (in america, at least), in political cartoons, on tv, in movies... the worst christians do in return is say that u.s. troops are dying because we support gays.
i would say that the majority of those people in the photos didnt even see the cartoons they were protesting about. the cartoons are mostly just crude sketches and only a couple of them knock islam at all (and even them, they make a valid point about islamic extremism which the protesters seem to confirm!) anyway, as we are growing into a world which is increasingly determined to block free speech, these photos are almost a sign of the times. they could easily have made their point clear without threatening to kill those who even utter words against them.
They are responsible for the consequences, They shouldn't expect a specific reaction 'cause this is very stupid, especially when they know or have an idea about some ppl's reactions You didn't answer my qanywayWhat is revenge? somebody slapped ya , you slapped him was it revenge Each society (country) has its own diffrent punishent for one crime :sunglasse which one fits it? who decides, and why he decides that, who is he to decide See, I think I didn't over-react, others differ with me*Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
Do not mess with Muslims Nah, surely this conclusion was a result of poor info, read more Myself , I didn't want any apology, and you have to read about some of non-Muslims' reactions after 9/11 loser soldierBut these cartoons exposed many fresh facts (imporatant ones) DS, hypocrisy etc etc Plus many ppl started to read about islam , GOOD =D *Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
Did I say so =) Which you caused it delibrately =)*Peace and love* Yours Sincerely, Cat Stevens
