This Is A Weird One For Me, Please Help!

Not sure if this is the place for this or not, but this forum seems fairly active so I thought I would give it a go.

Sorry this post is so long but any advice I can get would be great. This is a weird one for me.

I’m a 29 year old male living in London and I’ve recently come out of a long relationship, I have a well paid, but generic office job. I’m an average-to-good looking athletic guy.

I’ve got so much extra time I’ve been working a lot of extra hours, I’ve occasionally still been in the office alone when the cleaner arrives about 8pm.

I met Lou several months ago when she was assigned to my building. At first I barely noticed her. She’s probably mid fifties, slim, about 5’4”, brunette. She’s divorced and doesn’t look after herself, her hair is often greasy, she’s not really conventionally pretty and she looks like she’s lived a fairly hard life. I wouldn’t admit to anyone in the office I was attracted to her, because even I think it’s crazy.

One evening I got talking to her on the way out of the office, just out of politeness initially. I’ve always been into small breasts, and older women, and I found myself sneaking a peak. She’s always keen to see me and seems to hang around intentionally to chat, my desk gets cleaned for way longer than the ones with nobody sitting at them.

She’s told me before she doesn’t take any shit from anybody, I’ve seen her involved in a work dispute with another cleaner and she doesn’t mind letting her feelings be known. This is relevant to the next part of the story. I look at her tits constantly when I talk to her, I half want her to notice but I don’t know how obvious it is to her. Sometimes I’ll be looking her in the eye then look straight down at her tits for a couple of seconds then look her back in the eye. She doesn’t seem to mind as she hasn’t said anything and remains chatty and keen to see me.

One time we were talking about the contract cleaning company she works for and I took a look, the company logo is embroidered on her shirt over her breast. Then several times when referring to the company she would say “these” and motion towards her chest, she tugged the logo unnecessarily while saying it pulling her shirt away from her chest so I could see down her top. I kept my eyes on her tits each time she did it.

I’ll sometimes touch her arm or her back when I greet her and she never pulls away.

She told me in conversation she sleeps naked in the summer.

She got moved to another section for a couple of weeks, I bumped into her and we got chatting. She asked if I had been behaving, I said I hadn’t and she said it sounded like she needed to get back over there and sort me out.

What should I do, I haven't been confident enough to risk saying anything. What if she goes mental and reports me or something?! What do you think the chances are she would have casual sex with me? Or…and I know this is bad, do it for money? She has mentioned to me before she sometimes doesn’t have money for electricity or food.

I’m not usually this mental but for some reason I’ve gotten her stuck in my brain like a mental tic.

I'm not great at reading the signals either but it sounds like there's definitely a mutual attraction to me.

Why not tell her where you're going after work (bar, pub, etc) and casually tell her she could always join you if she likes? That's not too intrusive and she'll soon say no if you've misread the signals (but I don't think you have; not pulling away when you touch her is a good sign!)

By the way, I don't think it's weird that you're attracted to her in this way. Sometimes there's just no explaining why a woman has sex appeal and it seems like she's got it.

 

I don't see what the big deal is, really. You have a crush on a woman you are attracted to. You're only human.

I agree with the above advice, ask her out to a pub or for dinner. Take your attraction out of the office, out of your work environment, where you risk appearing unprofessional to your colleagues.

You are both adults. If you aren't fooling around at work, then your employer can't really say anything, so go ahead and ask this nice lady out on a date.
