If you don't want another 4 years of Bush & his endless war and lies then PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE this Tuesday, no matter what state you live in!

If new voters & other "unlikely" voters turn out in large numbers then Bush may very well fall by a landslide. Not only would Kerry win and we'd be rid of Bush forever, but we'd also be spared all of the recounts & court battles!

I agree, because after all, Kerry will end the war and everyone will live in peace, both here and abroad. Life is beautiful and everything is perfect. Kerry is my hero. I love you, Johnny boy.

PR.. I know you don't like Kerry, but you yourself said you'd rather him win..and I would also, I can't stand bush and I don't think we could handle 4 more years of him..we already know what he's capable of doing, and now he has nothing to lose because after these 4 years he won't be running for president again..if Kerry wins, he will have to prove all of ya'll that think he's the same as Bush wrong..so I agree with the poster that started this thread, and I think to some degree you do as well :)

Your right. I'll make sure I vote. I'll still be voting for Bush. But that's what makes the U.S. great. We have that option to vote. So now I'm sure you can all start cuting me up. Since that is what Kerry supporters do best. And I'm not saying all of them. But if you don't understand where I'm coming from take a look at all the political posts. I won't fight back, because I value everyone's opinion. If you think Kerry will do the U.S. good then vote for him. Just please get out there and vote.

See you just proved my point. Remember everyone is entitled to their opinion. And that my friend what makes the U.S. great. I want less government, I'm anti-abortion, less taxes, I think Bush is a better president for a time of war. I didn't say anything bad about Kerry. I just like a lot of what Bush stands for. How come everyone was happy with Bush when they got that tax break check in the mail? Now all of a sudden everyone is hating him.

Tax cuts arent at all what they appear to be. Google "value added taxes" and voila...

Bush is the one who said that this war is "unwinnable".....sure he's great, if you want an endless war.

Well I have to agree, that their is no need to be over their anymore. I agree with Bush. It's not really a winnable war to win. It was a war against Saddam. I think the world is better without him in power. If we wouldn't have got involved with WWII Hitler would be ruling the world. So it's never to soon to get ride of a dictator out of power. The reason I said about taxes is ever since Ed Rendell took over PA, I've been paying taxes out the butt. Every morning I wake up he raises taxes. All I see is less and less money in my paycheck. It's like he needs a golden parachute. I'm not saying that taxes don't need to raise just not so much, so fast, all the time...slight increases are fine for the economy.

That debt will always be there. It doesn't matter who is president. Debt is a fact of life. Most people live their whole life in debt. But if taxes were lower most people could get out of debt.

Hello :) I'm not here to rip you up for voting for Bush..That is your choice as an American and your right to do so..My thinking on the war in Iraq is this..WHY?! We should have went to Afghanistan and got Osama instead he is on tape right before our elections, more or less saying.."haha you didnt get me!" He shouldn't have been up there saying that, we should have gotten him..and YES I blame Bush for this because he directed the war to Iraq, I happen to believe Osama was far worse than Saddam..We have stirred up a hornets nest over there, and our soldiers are getting killed, innocent men, women, and children are getting killed everyday. I used to like Bush, I used to get pissed off when anyone said something mean about him, because I trusted him, I like a lot of other people seemed to put 9/11 with Iraq/Saddam, then when the first beheading started, I started researching and that's when I realized, that this President, was wrong..oh so wrong to lead us into a pre-emptive war, based on WMD's..He should have let the weapons inspectors in there to find out what they found, he had NO WMD's. When they came back and said this..I was very pissed off because then there were NO reasons, NO excuses for this war other than our president fucked up. The thing that gets me tho..and I would have more respect for him if he did this..He won't admit to it..he should have admitted to it a long time ago..His father said, the reason why we didn't go to pursue war when he was in office, is they would view us as occupiers..and they do..we shouldn't have gone but we are there now, and as I read the news, it keeps getting worse, not better..I want someone who has a plan to get us out of there asap..I know it will probably be years before that can happen..But Bush got us into this mess and he's not getting us out..and that's scary..another thing that is scary to me is..if he will jump into this war without just cause..what makes you think he won't jump into another one when he has nothing to lose..If Bush wins this election..this is his last 4 years..there is no chance for him to be re-elected..Think on that..I disagree about the Tax cuts too..I'm sorry your taxes are high..but that has to do with the higher ups..that's why the two president-elects are fighting about taxes too..again..This is in no way to to rip on you, it's just something to let you think about :)

Meh, we don't have a real choice. Two candidates who come from the same elite society that was created as an anti-government group? Bleh. They pursue the same agenda.

Bush is against the protecting the environment, Kerry is for the environment

Bush wants to ban abortion, Kerry supports abortion rights.

Bush is against stem cell research, Kerry's for it.

Bush wants to lower taxes for the rich and keep hiking up the federal deficit, Kerry's for greater fiscal responsibility.

Bush listens to a bunch of right-wing fanatics like Paul Wolfowitz on foreign policy: Kerry has a more realistic, diplomatic approach.

How can you say they're just alike? How many wars and lies and blunders will it take?

northernlehigh97 is just plain wrong about the national debt. Remember just a few years ago when Clinton turned the debt into a surplus? How quickly we forget.

People who "live their whole life in debt" often go BANKRUPT! Any conservative person should value fiscal responsibility. The national debt has the potential to severly harm the US economy in the long term, ask Greenspan & any other economist.

The national debt, which shows Bush's complete lack of good leadership will ruin the US economy if it isn't brought into check.

Kerry offers at least some hope of controlling this serios problem

I'm tired of people saying the canidates are the same...there may be a few similarities, but they are fundamentally pretty opposite. To say they are the same is a big cop out, and one that I'm tired of hearing.

even if they were 99% the same, why not still vote for the one that you prefer...even of they were 100% the same in policy still vote for the one you like better....geez...one of the two is going to be in there, might as well make the choice yourself.

I understand why people are fed up with hearing about the election, but dismissing it as meaningless is bullshit.

The candidates may not be THAT different, but they are different enough to make it worth voting Bush out of office. I, personally, am pissed off that Bush didn't (and hasn't) spent much time going after the people that attacked our country. Instead he goes after Saddam, weakens Iraq, and gives the terrorists a whole new breeding ground (not to mention plenty of ammunition and explosives). The man is an idiot, a terrible war-time president, and a joke of a diplomat.

I'll pick the gentleman and diplomat over the oversimplifying, shady president with the horrid record thanks.
