i was reading Rolling Stone magazine (it was an old one) and they had an article about this college in California where these people smoke pot all the time and have a huge 4/20 celebration and they interviewed this one guy and he said that he smoked 1/8 ounce a day and i was like pshhh lightweight. the end.

You must be refering to the University Santa Cruz. I recall reading that article. It is a very beautiful place, not just because of the liberal attitude.
