Ever thought of a thought, but then realized that the thought you were thinking was that you wernt thinking anything? I think that not thinking anything is good for you, because it clears your thoughts of any thoughts that you had.
I think if you have to think about the fact that you're not thinking about anything, it might not be good for you. That's not clearing your head I think most people call it "crazy." Or did you mean something else by that?
well if your not thinking any thoughts than how do you know that your not thinking anything because wouldnt you have to be thinking about not thinking to know taht your not htinking about anything? or do you just realize later that your mind was blank?
