We are planning to move from Arkansas in the spring. Right now we are looking at Washington for many reasons. Not wanting Seattle or anything too small. We are kind of looking at Kennewick, but looking for suggestions. We are in our late 20's with 3 small kids. We will be bringing only the necessities and starting over. We would like to find somewhere with a low crime rate and decent paying jobs. We want to be able to find a house for under $1000/month. We won't know anyone, so we would like a good area with cool, younger families of the hipper persuasion. Any suggestions on where we might fit in best?
