Just recently moved to Omaha and was hoping to get any inside information on fun things to do within a half day's drive. We've got a 7 month old baby so it would need to be family friendly.

There are a few meth lab's around, But most are in indiana and missouri. Most meth heads went to the "shake and bake" so the old "lab's" are few and far between. Alot of meth mouth trash though.

No sister fuckin either, We have nice beef and corn fed girls. Some fake tits and real assholes though. Might have to go more east to get some lovin from a cousin.

In the midwest, You can do pretty much anything you want. Knoxville Iowa has the fastest sprint car dirt track in the country.

I80 truck stop is the biggest in the country and has everything.

Iowa city, The mecca for homosexuals and hawkeye(s) sports.

Other than that, Most usually travel outside the midwest for "fun". Its cold as hell in winter, Humid as fuck in summer so you will have to adjust. Heat on the way to work and ice cold a/c for the ride home some days.

What hobbys, Sports, Fun etc are you interested in?

Thanks for all the advice. That race track don't sound half bad and I'm a big fan of truck stop apparel. My 3rd favorite band is trucks and whiskey. I quit doing meth in elementary school (we just called it speed back then) and aim to keep it that way also I have an attractive wife so no need for the cousin poking.

What's up underwear guy, I don't remember you, but perhaps you had a different name, either way hope all is well and nice to be back. As far as what I like to do... I used to enjoy everything from surfing to fast roping out of a helicopter, but now that I'm a dad my forays outside the house include going to work, eating at restaurants and cruising this grocery store 4 miles away in an economically depressed area of town that makes it fun to people watch. Seriously that race track and truck stop are sounding pretty sweet. When it warms up I hope to get some fishing going on, and maybe catch a show or two.

Its called marion county fair grounds or just knoxville etc. There is also a a nascar track a couple hours into iowa from you in newton iowa. They race busch, Truck and a couple open wheel/indy cars, Its a small track too so you get to see it all.

Lake rathben (sp)? Is pretty big and stocked. They have atv, Jeep and hiking trails along with tons of fishing. Lots of state parks, I live in shimek forest, Hunting, Fishing, Horse rentals etc.

Lots of nature when it warms up and if its anything like last, It will be warmish earily march. That and the iowa state fair in august, It ranks up high too, Concerts and dirt track racing and lots of kid friendly events.

No i was joking about the labs etc, Its not that big now that they know what to look for and what people look like on the sludge. Easy to spot and to stay away from.

If you come to my area hit me up, I can link you or show ya good places local, I live in a "village" in van buren county. The truck stop is all in doors, You dont have to get cold unless you want to walk the huge lot, My son wanted too and hes 3. Dress them up and they will be fine. Good luck and have fun
