seeing a feral anything being not too paranoid to let itself be seen by me.
the more unusual ones the better of course, but even the most common ones, like cats and squirrels make me smile.

 

There's a cat around here that's getting more and more friendly. It's not feral, but it used to be really shy and now it's kind of chilled out a little. It's nice to see.

 

Weird. Pulls my head in

 

a good storm, when i (or someone else) don't have to be out in it. right after which is the best time to do gardening, when the earth is still soft.
