For me it's strawberries and dark leafy green vegetables. They make my mind seem clear and focused.

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in water.
    Lemon juice in water.
    Berries.
    An apple.
    Spinach.
    Almonds.
    Sweet potatoes.

I try to consume all or most of those daily.

Eggs. I don't love the way they taste but I do love the way they make me feel after eating them. I've never noticed that much of an energy boost from any other food I've had ever.

you might be interested in traditional chinese dietary therapy

for most people, fresh, lightly cooked, whole foods served warm are recommended

certain foods can be used to treat specific illnesses

there's some books on the subject

some people get a sudden burst of energy from eating spicy foods, but from the perspective of chinese medicine, this is not good for you

I forgot coconut oil. A scoop of that will give you hours of healthy energy.

And, of course, REAL BUTTER... lol. I eat butter raw, just like I eat my coconut oil. I go through about a half pound of butter per week and over a quart of coconut oil.

The idea that high cholesterol comes from dietary cholesterol is nonsense. 75% of cholesterol in the blood comes from the liver.

    I don't know about "nonsense".

so my comment was based on the conventional wisdom that I was aware of. I checked up on it, and at least what I can gather from nih, high levels of dietary cholesterol are a problem for about 1/4 of the population, but could be ok for everyone else.

still might be worth getting your cholesterol levels checked
