Skip really needs to set up a spell-checker...or this stupid twat needs to learn how to spell. Either way would help the boards. Oh, and judging by the placement of the comment about emo after your opinion of "Good Sharlet", I'm assuming you haven't heard any real emo. Check out some Sunny Day Real Estate or Rites Of Spring...actually, don't...the scene doesn't need any more morons, we're getting over-run by them as it is.
Thats one of the problems with music, especially today. Music snobs, especially emo snobs. It needs to stop, we aren't in HS, no more cliques, listen to whatever you like and accept everyone. Scenes are a load of shit.
I don't listen to only emo, but there is an emo scene, just like there's a metal scene, and a hardcore scene, and an indie scene, etc.
opinions ARE like asshloes, ya know. everyone's got one. and p.s. friends of mine listen to emo. it does not turn my crank, okay?
hopefully by emo you don't mean My Chemical Romance and "Good Sharlet". Oh well, if you don't like it then you don't like it, but it's pretty lame to say ALL bands of any genre are horrible when there's no possible way you could have heard every single band.
creed and nickelback tie for first place on my list...they should have a battle to the death and make the world a better place.. and i despise the spice girls and the whole girl power thing. they make me so angry.....grrrrr.
really though... how in the hell are the clash one of the worst bands ever? im just contemplating that one... what the fuck muchacho? which one of you shnooks took my rhyme book? look...
wilson philips no more.. please.. stop.. i don't care if the fat girl is now skinny (i'm happy she's healthy) but their "music" sucks!!
Hey, I said anybody I forgot, that includes that I've never heard before who may be really good. And I spend tons of time on allmusic.com. And when I say everything I mean everything that is popular, and also happens to be complete shit. I think I said earlier in that post, that there are a lot of bands out there that I have not heard yet, that may be good.
