i have every edition of the whole earth catalog. i have had to put protective covers on them and have them re-bound, but i still have them. i wish we could still get new editions of printed catalogs. will that ever happen again?

And those little blurbs in the corner by that chick: "Sometimes a symphony orchestra sounds like a dinosaur." How right she was. Readin it stoned in my room at the frat house. It was my bible. Learned a lot of practical shit which came in handy when we went "back to the land." Will it ever happen again? Seems like nothin ever happens again. Not the good stuff anyway. 40 years of Republicans and Republican act-alikes have made me pretty cynical. Maybe this one's different. If it ain't too late.
