I recently saw a article, well it's about 8 months old of the first Viking wedding in more than 1000 years.. I kind of scoffed at the idea of 1000 years because well, I got married before them.. I guess we didn't have long boats though.
What makes that wedding the first actual 'viking' wedding since a 1000 years, just the theme? Or do they consider themselves vikings in some way?
