I hadnt seen this movie since the 70's, and I watched it a few days ago. Still a great movie, and it made me think. How the beginning of the movie shows the end, but then the end is a bit different than the beginning. Did you understand that?:D Well, if you have seen the movie, maybe you know what I mean. Of course at the beginning, the end is at 10:02am, while at the end, the end is at 10;04am. But that is just one point. Have to wonder what was going through Kowalski's head. Was he planning on dying when he made the bet? Could he have been distraught that he was just delivering cars now after having been a war hero, a respected cop, and a race car driver? Many questions can be raised about this film, but of course, the girl on the motorcycle will always stand out.:D

  5. Awesome movie. The time discrepancies makes me think maybe it's something to do with alternate possibilities, different choices you can make in life, which also seems to tie in with other themes in the film. As Kowalski reflects back upon his life... I've only seen it a couple of times -- never noticed the time discrepancy before.
