I think it was at around march when I last tripped. After i never felt sober, infact after as time progressed my state of mind increasingly became more and more trippy and now it feels almost indistinguishable from a low dose shroom trip. Either the people i'm living with are sick fucks and are secretly lacing my food with psychotropics or I have developed a rare type of craziness. Like with any shroom trip I get bad trips, which suck, but I also get good trips. Even my appreciation for music has been enhanced, like with all my usual shroom trips. Has anyone experienced this?

I have depersonalization and derealization but it's not the usual type, it feels exactly the same as the type you get from psychedelic trips. The components of depersonalization and derealization are constantly fluctuating, it's never the same type of dp.

So this happens fairly often now. I would recommend not taking any more drugs and also getting off pot. Then getting some solid sleep and eat some high quality food. Fresh air and exercise. Not huge bouts, just something moderate.

The atmosphere inside a dwelling can become rather stagnant. It sounds to me like you need to open the windows and clean house, let the air and light in.

After that, if you still feel bad in a month then consider some other means for allaying anxiety, which is what you're experiencing.

    Did you always do shrooms?

I'm not familiar with the properties of psilocybin but it might be worth looking into how it affects the brain o_O

You think your mind never fully recovered? How often did you take them?

The danger of shrooming is that it may change your brain chemistry forever.

I've noticed these types of thread to be pretty common...people saying that they did a drug one time and never been the same since. If this is the case I would avoid all psychotropic drugs, even marijuana and hopefully it will go away with time. You may try changing your environment to something new, let your brain have a new begininning or something.

There is a phenonemon called HPPD but usually it takes more than one trip...how much shrooms did you eat?

Yeah had something similar but also with visuals and thought it was HPPD.

Tripping changed you forever. This isn't necesserly bad, it is rather common thing between trippers.

If this doesn't decrease your performance in any way think about it as a gift. I was a completly different person before I started taking psychedelics. You start to notice more things (or are delusional) and appreciate. Music is one of them.

If it really is same as low dosage of shrooms it might be more serious. You are really kinda on your own, if you go with this to doctors they all will see issues (and there might be some) because they have no idea (most of them) about psychedelics and its surrounding culture.

And idk if you were tripping to get fucked up, out of curiosity, or you had some other reasoning for this.

If you can function stay off all drugs for few more months and see how it develops. It took me over a year to recover (or get used to) my thing. Now I keep tripping and smoking weed, etc.

Dim the lights and put on the Allman Brothers.

I finally figured out the problem! It's a long story but after months of research, trial and error figured out I most likely have leaky gut syndrome, explains all my weird symptoms, including why I always feel high.

p.s recently had a reeeally peaceful trip, felt like a mix of weed, shrooms and DMT, as much as i hate the profusion of symptoms I have, can't deny i really like the euphoric aspects of the perpetual trip, wonder what would happen if I ingested a psychedelic substance and tripped for real lol
