At intervals determined at The Dominant's discretion, we reccomend once a month for beginners and once a week for veterans, the submissive will ready herself hygenically and in preapproved wardrobe for public presentation. This includes but is not limited to; shaving the full body, specialty collars/harnesses/restraints, and predetermined advertisary signs/body writing.
The submissive will preform any typical morning duties, then be escorted on leash to the town square or a densely populated outdoor public recreations area (anywhere outside to allow partially private locations Thats relatively busy will do) for a therapy stroll.
At random, or by arrangement of a Plant (one of The Dominant's associates whose agreed to stage a task such as this) The Dominant will select a member of the public (henceforth referenced as the Target) and direct as follow;
1. the submissive must independantly approach the Target
2. The Target and submissive must remain in full view of The Dominant at all times, so They may intervene at their discretion for the well being of the submissive.
3. The submissive is not permitted to go inside any building, or enter ant vehicle with the Target
4. If the submissive is in partial chastity, or has received limitations on which of their holes may be used in this Task, those constraints must be upheld
5. If the submissive feels or knows they are in danger of bodily harm, or arrest they are to abort the Task immediately and safeword The Dominant to signify the emergency status of the situation.
6. Excluding anything that would contradict the previous regulations, the submissive must seduce the Target by any means necessary.
7. If they are successful, they must QUICKLY ascertain an obscured location and endure whatever usage the Target offers up.
8. Through their usage, the submissive is to uphold proceedural mannerisms as they would with The Dominant (except using their specialized title or preforming specialized acts) as this is an assessment of their value
9. The submissive has ten minutes to seduce the Target
10. When the time limit is up The Dominant is free to approach, releash, and reclaim possession of the submissive.

Failure to seduce the chosen Target or failure to complete full service for any reason other than an emergency circumstance is to result in a probationary or disciplinary action as to be determined, and carried out at The Dominant descretion. We reccomend a good couple hours scrubbing tile with a tooth brush between their teeth in full arm and leg bondage, three sets of fifteen rep lashings, or a week of orgasm denial/full chastity/effectual Shelving.

I read this post with a lot of interest and whilst i would guess my reply is not what you were looking for I will happily share my experiences as no-one else has yet.
I work as a male escort which often involves acting out the fantasy scenarios of my clients. I have a quite a few clients that enjoy me cross-dressing, with some of those taking me out in public. Those that take me out in public do so purely for dominance and humiliation, dressing me in daringly revealing outfits and heavy make-up.

An important objective in the FauxInstructional i originally posted was that the submissive's task was to seduce this person to the point they'd go 'round back of the alley n do business right then and there. That extremity isnt something any n everyone is going to REALLY respond cooperatively statistically. So, first the submissive has to be tolerated by the assigned target, then get their knickers - so to speak - all in a finite amount of time. Theorectically, this would make the submissive squirmy and exxxtra exuberantly shameless in the execution. This is not only exxxtra hot, but adds a fail safe for potentially hazardous encounters.

The big difference is that although I am the sub being taken out in public it usually isn't for me to seduce a target but to wait and be open to being seduced. However, the end result is the same, for me to end up as you say doing the business right then and there. As I am under the instruction from clients I take my lead from them, if they like the person/people seducing me they give me a coded visible message and then there is no time limit for things to happen. In fact often they want me to draw it out as long as possible for their pleasure letting the 'target' in my case enjoy themselves as much as possible and me oblige.

Whilst I am very scantily dressed to start with this can often lead to me losing clothing before going off with them. Sometimes other people follow along and enjoy a show too.
