I know that feeling all too well. These days, knowing it's coming days in advance. I tell my wife it's happening too just because I'm prone to falling through the floor and then falling through a hole in that floor some more when my bipolar mood says nope, you're going downhill soon. I can feel it. It sucks. Unfortunately sometimes the only thing that takes it away is booze, weed and debauchery haha.

I describe it as "falling through a floor" too.And that's the thing running changes for me.. like, I still might have an emotional issue these days, but when i'm regularly running it's like there is this thick solid floor where before there wasn't one, and it stops me spiralling. I honestly haven't had a spirally emotional situation for about two years. Just once, at the point where I realised I could change it, and how to do that.

Displays are currently getting delayed due to Coronavirus, as of now, there’s no update on the launch date of Cobra Kai’s next season. The filming was wrapped this past year, and the series was in production; if the production is completed, then we can anticipate Cobra kai Season 3 to launch the above-mentioned date." About the loudness argument... It's not really a win situation to know by experience what loud is, if it means a disturbing loud amp sound, a live concert louder than Motorhead or a goddamn car race lol And yes, the sounds in all those examples can be pleasant. But too loud is just too loud. Carry on

That is unfortunate timing. But it is a good location. I mean, on your wrist seems likely a benign cyst
