I'm sitting P3 in practice atm, still an hour left. I'm surprised, seems my few hours testing paid off but I am still not convinced my entry to turn 1 needs a lot of work. I'll burn my RF tire out for sure unless I can fix it. I'll be ecstatic with a top 10 today.

 

I got up from a nap to let the girls out.

Damn, I didn't get a perfect qualifying lap in Hopefully starting in the top 10 then that way I can let all the fast guys guy race and I can sit back a bit and pace myself, find the bubble where I'm kinda of on my own and ride out a bit of the race so I don't get into any wrecks. I expect this to be a wreck fest half the field are new and track baking under the phoenix sun she's slippery!

 

I feel so bad. I had a top 4-6 car all race and I made a mistake with 10 laps to go on a restart hit outside wall trying too hard to get a run to make a clearing down the back and I bounced into Kye and wrecked us both. He was 4th. feel really bad for him.

 

It's a long race season Irms.

 

i should still be top 10 points but yeah, thats all on me that one. thats what annoys me more lol, i dont usually make mistakes. but like i said to my team hey i wrecked because i was having a go, having a crack at it. can't fault that

I did work hard this week for it, and up until that moment i was so happy with myself. thats another problem, you have so much time to think about shit when you're pacing around under safety car, you start thinking.. shit if i finish here, if i can can just hold that inside off, if i get a better jump off turn 2 i can clear the second car on back and take the racing lane...... oh okay yeah i just wrecked myself

the clarity in the morning after infused is very strange.. I take it to being high.. but its not. Feels sort of like an anxiety get ready get up take on the world feeling .. there's some speed to it. When I was waking I was hearing my pulse and it started racing as I was waking. I didnt move the entire night I can tell from the bedding not moved much ..
Id given some infused to my black girl.. like a scene from the Beverly Hillbillies. I said wait and she swung down the whole thing and was running in circles.. lmao.
