Thank you @Lego Batman I do open mic nights as an amateur stand up comic and you inadvertently gave me some new material. Not making fun of you or anything you said, but you made a comment about the "bat computer" in another thread and that spun me in a direction where I compared the bat computer to a cheap Chinese knockoff...how instead of a mac computer the richest dude in the world owns a bat computer... and that lead into if batman lives in the batcave why doesnt Antman livening the anthill... and then I finished by comparing wonder woman tying up the bad guys with her rope to a dominatrix. So you've inspired me to write about 5 mins of new material for me to workshop. So thank you. Did not see a legit intro thread from you so let me say "welcome"
My work did a potluck thing today And I ate like 20 of those little cocktail weinies And I'm pretty sure this is my biggest regret in life thus far
might recall I was talking a while back about retractable landing gear.. and look what they got me to play with.. Cessna 182RG. This retractable gear 182 with a 230 HP motor is just the thing for you to get signed off on Complex and High Performance ratings. If you would like to accomplish this, please call the Front Desk at 724-XXXXXX to schedule a flight as soon as possible. The aircraft will be returned next month if we have limited interest.
Last year, on Tuesday nights, 3 hours a day, for 8 weeks, I performed Comedy Sportz improv. It was really tough for me, but at least I had teammates to feed off of. I give you alot credit to be up on stage by yourself with your own material. Bravo Bagels
I had a good feeling about a Livery. William Byron claims his first NASCAR CUP Series win with a win in the Gatorade Duel #2 qualifying race for the Daytona 500. Byron now ties the championship standing with Joey Logano as the only two drivers with points so far this year. Up until yesterday the #24 car had won 94 CUP series races and they were all won by Jeff Gordon. Now William Byron has made it to victory lane.
I found that compressing it into a ball was best to get a good punch when rolling it....I had to put too much of the raw powder in the doob and it burned wonky.....and poorly..
It's a platform to say the things I'd never usually say, to express things I'd typically keep private. On stage I feel like a persona and can get away with saying things I usually could not. Besides, being able to walk into a room and make a bunch of people come to laugh is beautiful Congrats on conquering your fear!
