which Scorpions do you prefer, pre or post Uli Jon Roth? I think their music absolutely sucked since he left in 79. why is it that everyone likes the new Scorpions so much more?
I prefer Scorpions with Uli, although I don't know every album of them, especially the latest. I love Fly to the rainbow.
yeah, all of their albums were good until they kicked Uli out, probably because he was so fucking weird and only wanted to sing about space while the rest of the Scorpions wanted to sing about chicks but apparently bland heavy metal sells, really well too...
I like the later Scorpions too. Mathias Jabb who replaced Uli is an excellent guitarist. Their latest albums are too commercial though but the stuff they made in the 80s is pretty good.
