Recently, I read in the news that somewhere around half of 6-8 year old girls are paranoid about their weight because of school and popularity, now this may seem completely off topic about where the human race is goin, but I think it's just evidence of how screwed up we're becoming. There's no denyin that tv raises children these days, parents are gonna rely more and more on TV to raise their children too, it may be because they dont have the time due to increasing working hours, or that they're products of tv themselves and don't know how to raise them properly. At such a delicate age, TV wont be considered 'just entertainment' I think it will set to them the standards of life that they have to live and close their minds on the bigger meanings in life, it only takes more than half a school of kids believing that advertisement campaigns are there for there profit to lead to such a paranoia among school children, it's almost like a disease of the mind or somethin. I've thought about this a lot in the past half year or so and I think that every human is being treated as a statistic, turning us into cogs that keep our society going, turning our world into a well oiled machine, screw the theory of robots taking over, we are the robots, and if we don't kill ourselves before the time we've created vehicles for further space exploration, we'll destroy the universe. Oh yeah, and Bush controls where the human race is going too, he controls if scientific discoveries are told to us or not and he also controls the media, the first thing he did when he took over iraq was take over their media, if it benefits him and his campaign (which is a world domination campaign) he'll let us know, then will make us praise him for it, what a guy ^^

There's a lot more things to consider along with it though, people have a very different perception on reality and what brings them happiness, there's no true way to describe how it works because there are too many variables, but I believe hatred is one of the biggest factors in how we're shaped, a person that's received a lot of hate and knows how to express him/herself will be an angry person and will find happiness in others suffering, this means overpowering them mentally and sometimes physically aswell, the thing is that hate is also blinding, they don't know why they do these things, it's almost an animal instinct, their victims, the pigs in the wild, are the people that have fallen to the hate because it overpowered them, they either blind themselves because it hurts so much, kill themselves, or retreat into loneliness, it seems that these days hatred is the only thing keeping the human race going, love and happiness are just a small side effect of it. I guess I can agree with the doomed and the screwhead thing, but if people stop to think instead of letting life take them for a ride they would see that they're letting themselves be oppressed or oppressing, but as time goes on we'll only grow more blind to what's really happening in our minds, which, as I said, will lead us into our own demise, or the demise of the universe.
