I don't like those big tapioca balls or whatever they are in teas. It's called bubble tea. I like the flavors but I don't like them balls it's just too much balls in your mouth..
My last creation: strawberry Bavarian cream. It is a mixture of three concoctions : cooked strawberries with gelatine and sugar + a cream made of eggs, sugar and vanilla flavoured milk, all whipped to a foamy compound + common milk whipped cream, very firm. Gently mix the three ingredients and place in the fridge for 4 hrs, minimum. The recipe calls for spray jelly for the surface finish to give the cream a shiny appearance. A kitchen thermometer is needed. Lastly, garnish according to your taste. This dessert is absolutely DIVINE.
