That sounds good, never tried that. I have some Scottish marmalade in my cupboard with whisky in it. I will let you know.
Many years ago in Yorkshire a pub served 'Yorkshire pudding sandwiches' - this was a yorkshire pudding 12" in diameter, with slices of beef placed in the holllow and then smothered in gravy. On top of this was placed a second yorkshire pudding also 12" in diameter, this too was covered in beef slices and gravy poured on top. To finish off a large serving of chips covered the entire puddings. Now that was a meal and a half !!!
My Mum being a conscientious consumer would sometimes make tapioca pudding when she read about Asian farmers doing tough with low commodity prices.
The disadvantage of this thread is that it all looks so Yummy.... and so good is for your health....lol
